Since they opened, this place has gone down hill in the sense of cleanliness, customer service and speed of service. I get it it’s the only wing place that’s close enough and it has a big area to provide service to, but the seems to have enough staff and orders still take 30 to 40 minutes even though the order was placed online like 10 minutes ago. The entrance and the tables need some cleaning. Management seem to see what’s going on with efficiency.

Dirty food, dirty tables, floors and windows. Has an ‘A’ rating in the window, but I cannot imagine how they earned it. The place smells bad, seating is cramped and EVERY SURFACE in the place is sticky and gross. It looks like the windows have not been professionally cleaned since they opened. The floors were not any better.

Bought wings here today and from the store to when we got home the food it was a mess. When I got there they couldn’t find my order but they eventually found it. When we got home they got my two of my three flavors wrong, didn’t give me the veggie sticks. My boyfriend’s extra wings (bayou bbq) and one of mine had little to no sauce and my boyfriends cheese fries had almost no cheese. I got major attitude when I called back to ask for a fix. All they offered initially was to give me an extra 5 wings next time I came of but since I’m not from here i just said I’d bring them in. They told me if I had eaten a wing even if it was the one they had made correctly they didn’t have to help but to bring back in the wings. I told her I’d bring in the ones that were wrong because I didn’t want to bring them back wings I had touched due to covid. When I got there the lady acknowledged that the wings were wrong but never apologized and gave me attitude most of the time. I told them I just wanted them to fix my order of wings and give me the veggies but they re made the whole order. I got confused when she showed me the bone in wings, and she gave me huge attitude when I told her I didn’t want bone in wings. In the end it was fine I got my wings but the service was awful. I attached a photo of the dry wings with the wrong sauce they said was standard.

Was missing two items from my order which I understand things happen the way they handled it was the reasoning for the 1 star. Originally noticed missing sides then noticed a whole order missing. due to calling beforehand for the missing sides they stated over the phone they couldn’t do anything about it. So where is it right to take money for the goods and not providing.
