I ordered some wings last night and the delivery guy dropped them off at another building. He took a picture and send it, confirming that he delivered it. I opened the door and there was nothing there. I checked the picture one more time and noticed it wasn’t even my door. Didn’t bother to check if it was the right building. SMH ♂️. I like their food but their delivery is not on point.

Extremely slow service for take-out considering it was mid-afternoon and not busy. Given 10-15 min wait time, returned from errands after 15, told another 10-15 (could tell by look on employee’s face that my order was never originally started)…waited for another 25 commiserating with another angry customer…eventually received food w/out apology or acknowledgment…I will not return. Bathrooms are gross, greasy floors.

Needs a manager on site. The kids working are trying but it took over 25 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. The sandwiches were just mediocre. There are much better restaurant options for chicken sandwiches.

So we order right, the lady’s nice but super unprofessional. The other order taker is chewing gum & has headphones in We ask how long it’s going to take & she tells us 15-20 minutes. It’s been 50 & 20 minuets ago we asked again he said the wings would be out in 5. Still nothing’s showed up. The place is way understaffed & will probably be closed soon & if it isn’t it deserves to be!

Bad customer service and the wings I got were BURNT to a crisp. The mild sauce had fallen off the wings completely and leaked into the bottom the bag and onto my car floorboards. They were extremely overcooked and I waited 20 minutes for eight wings.

So not happy, ordered some wings tonight and the first wing i pull apart was raw. Tough, hard to pull apart, with bloody views and pink meat. You can clearly tell the cooked from the raw in this picture… and unfortunately this one piece contaminated my whole order. Thats how you make people sick.
