The cashier was very distracted, didn’t know what she was doing. The cooks in the back didn’t know what they were doing . I think they were a bunch of new teenagers that weren’t trained properly. They should have had someone in charge. 4 guys in the back & 2 customers waiting outside in their car for their orders. & one inside waiting for there’s. When we ordered the cashier told us it would be a 30 min wait. I would come here again but maybe in the afternoon. Kinda sucks because I wanted wings, I went to papa johns across the street & their pizza & wings were fire!

First time trying. Last time going back. Will NEVER return. The owner is clearly paying these kids minimum wage. And it shows. I actually admire these employees having fun in the kitchen while preparing food. Then messing up customers items. Phone doesn’t work, when calling back to tell them the order was wrong. Phone system doesn’t work. Owner I’m sure is “paying” the bills…So when the automated owner responds to this message he can go eat a bag…. Absolutely WILL NOT TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS DOG OF A PLACE!!!!

I’m really disappointed. I normally order from this location all the time and never have any issues. I’m not sure how and why this location has dropped the ball but they did. I ordered two combo meals of wings and only two wings out of 18 wings were edible. I’m not even joking. It tasted like the chicken was disintegrating in my mouth with zero flavor as I try to eat it. I don’t know what happened today at this location but I don’t think I will order again

This wing stop sucks. I ordered online and came in a little earlier before my food was done. They gave us the wrong chicken, my chicken wings I ordered were cold and full with grease at the bottom. My corn was very cold. We returned the chicken they accidentally gave us and I seen the man give it right to the girl that was missing it Instead of remaking it after we touched it. Doesn’t matter how busy you are, we pay for QUALITY FOOD!

Super disappointed with my last order. Wings were still pink inside. I had to put them in my air fryer to finish cooking them. The Voodo fries were amazing, and the corn was great as well. Sadly, i wont be ordering from here anymore. If i have to cook my own wings, i can save 40 bucks

Like I said this was an awful place to buy hot wings they were very dry and hard for $26 I could’ve gone somewhere else and gotten a better tasting meal. Apparently this is not the first time they serve chicken that taste and looks like a day old or even a week old. How ridiculous to know that they’re making so much money serving F grade it chicken I’ll make sure the city finds out about this!
