This location is possibly the worst Wingstop in existence. They don’t get orders out on time and they have poor customer service/quality control. I ordered lemon pepper wings and they barely had any seasoning on them. The wings looked naked. Some of the wings were overcooked and the fries were greasy and poorly cooked. I’ve been here a few times with months in between each visit hoping they would be better but nope! I’m done with this place.

If Google would let me I would give it less than one. Been waiting over 40 minutes lady on the counter keep saying two more minutes. Plus the lady on the counter was terribly rude and they had no ice for the soda. And very dirty. This is the first time I’ve come to this establishment. And I’ll never come back. If you check you’ll see I have a lot of reviews and a lot of views. I hope this discourage you from going to this establishment

So…. when you initially come to this Wingstop it’s pretty much common knowledge that these people will make you wait at least 30 minutes for a combo. Come here on peak hours/nights it will take literally hours. Staff is disorganized and chaotic, and will most likely hand you the wrong order. Service is usually terrible*. I came here on lunch on a slow day 7/26/23 around 5ish and got food poisoning from this place. I know it was from here because I didn’t eat anything else that day, and it all came back up 2 hours later!* I highly recommend taking your money and time elsewhere unless your desperate for Wingstop* remember your risking experiencing poor service and poor food handling***.

Today July 6th 6 o’clock I came in with my daughters. The girl at the register was super rude Anilu was her name I believe. Then another girl working the register was so into her video on her phone we had to say excuse me three times to get her attention because her earphones must have been too loud. We let her know that they forgot our fries and very rudely she asked can I see the receipt? The whole staff was very unprofessional. It felt like a highschool get together…. I finally received my food a half hour later. I’m very dissatisfied and I will never eat there again.

I ordered the garlic parmesean sandwich & it was a MAJOR letdown. All I got was a sandwich covered with garlic-flavored grease that wnded up burning upper canal of my mouth & made it very difficult to eat anything afterwards for the next few days.

I placed my order in person at 5:07pm and didn’t get the food until 5:40pm! When I asked them why it’s taking so long they said they’re waiting on the fries… why does a fast food place take more then 30mins to get the order out. It wasn’t even busy in there. I also got the Parmesan seasoning on the side for $1.49 extra and there was barely any Parmesan in the container… only had enough to cover like 1 wings. Wouldn’t have paid extra for that if I known they’re so stingy with it.

It was good .. good employees and food. Only con is I ordered fries because of a nice big advertisement poster and it looked good . The price was 3.69 but when i got receipt it said 4.29. I said why is this .60 more and they said it’s menu price but I said you have a poster visible to customer to see ( pic uploaded) advertising for 3.69. They said sorry its 4.29. It’s not their fault they are following directions. So I just canceled my order of regular sized voodoo fries I did order the all in bundle which was good. Other then that I love wing stops just didn’t get my fries

Don’t go to this Wingstop. It took 35mins to make 10 wings and some fries(I ordered 20 but we’ll get to that later). I kept checking in to hurry it up but I don’t think it made a difference. The worst part is after that long of a wait, they were still missing 10 wings(?!?!) from my order of 20 so I had to go back from my car. Terrible employees and even worse the manager/owner who was there the whole time and didn’t even offer an apology.

Typically reviews are given when you are unhappy or unsatisfied, but in this case, it is far from that .I haven’t even received my order yet, but I was already annoyed because my pick up order wouldn’t go through on the app so I said, let me go in and pick up it was pretty busy. However, the customer service that I received was amazing although they were busy and under pressure that didn’t affect their positive attitude, and the way they assisted customers the cashier that assisted me I could tell was New and the gentleman that was training her I think was the manager both of them were great. Definitely recommend this location
