They got my order wrong. I ordered way ahead of time for the Super Bowl, and all I ordered was a voodoo fries and a nacho fries.. they were rude as fvck. I got there after my pick-up time because I knew it was going to be busy. And still had to wait another 10 minutes. Not only that, my order was wrong. They didn’t give me the nacho cheese fries.. Instead, I got some dry azz corn. I wasn’t given a receipt but was still able to put in a complaint online. All they sent was a coupon for free fries WITH a purchase.. That’s not ok. I want the nacho fries I bought. The voodoo fries I ordered were jacked up, too.. Most were bits and burnt pieces, not even worth picking at.. Indians bother calling that day because the person on the phone was being rude to the people who did call.. This location is trash and always making mistakes..

My daughter ordered food from the El Monte, Ca , location, and when my son in law arrived, they claimed he already picked it up. He did not want his money back, just the order. How can you have in store pick up, and not verify the person picking up the order?. We work just as hard for our money, and expect to receive the items we spend it on, this is just unacceptable.

I always order from this wingstop, and never had problems with it, i placed 2 orders! Ordered 20pcs boneless wings and they forgot 10 of my wings!! When i called they told me to bring in all my food when I was already at home!! I explained to them how my food is going to get cold driving back and forth and taking them out, and if they can just remake my whole order .. and he still said no!! I even asked him if he can give me a 10$ gift card and still nothing!! So I paid 20$ for only 10 dam wings!!! Ridiclious!! Never again
