ery terrible service from all members including corporate!! They will not make food that is missing from your order (even if they didn’t make it in the first place) and they do not give refunds even if you give back all of the food untouched. They act like they are incapable of refunds or any sort of compensation at all which I know is false considering that I’ve been in the fast food and restaurant business. I’ve been nicely trying to get a refund for over two weeks and the manager is never there and the shift leads are incapable of helping in any way (they got our number and said they would call back in 24 hours multiple times). There’s a reason why they only have two stars. Be careful of exiting the store without checking and opening every box of food or it’s your lose even though they don’t know how to do their job correctly. I’ve stopped by multiple times and have called over 10 times trying to get a reach of the manager. Spoke to someone in corporate and even to someone on twitter yet still have gave me no follow-up response. They will act like it’s a very sticky situation to give a refund, when the fact is that you paid for a full meal worth $40 when you left with no food whatsoever. I’ve really been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but they will tell you anything to get you to leave the store and forget about the money that they STOLE from you. They don’t reach back. Please save your time and money!!!!!! They will ignore you. Wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t support this horrible company.

Super disappointed with this location. I was truly excited to try this place out for my first time with my daughters and sadly the feeling changed as soon as we walked in. The girl that was working the register was on the phone and as soon as she got off, she asked “do you know what you want to order!” I replied with “no, not yet…..“ she rolled her eyes and walked away. After standing there for a few minutes, she asked again “do you know what you want to order now?” I said “yes” and then proceeded to order. When I told her that the order was for here, she looked so annoyed. She rolled her eyes again and walked away. The order took 25 minutes and when it was ready she placed everything in a bag as if it was to go and dropped it on the counter saying “your order is ready” and walked away. My daughters both looked at me with a surprised look on their faces. That’s when everything went downhill from there. Fries were soggy, my wings were sitting in a pool of oil and the sitting area had no air conditioning. I guess we can all agree that we will not be coming back.

The closing crew is rude.. I walked in @ 11:05 pm and patiently waited for her to get off the phone, she was looking very irritated and ignored. The first thing the lady said is the dining room is closed.. I said its for take out.. Then she stated is this pick up or order.. I ordered my food and sat down.. The lady that was cooking the food and came out and starting putting the chairs on the table..They just started cooking the food.. 15 minutes later a person came in to pick up his food.. They started cooking more food.. The lady said it will be ready in 3 minutes to the man.. Then 5 minutes later a couple walked in.. The one lady who was cleaning the dining room said are we taking anymore orders.. Its now 11:28pm.. She said the dining room is closed.. The couple said we are picking up our order.. The couple waited about 12 minutes.. They started cooking more food.. The couple food was ready.. They are now cooking my food.. I walked out at 11:44 pm.. I got home ready to eat and food its it had tons of seasoning on it..The chicken was dry with greasy lemon pepper.. The garlic parmesan chicken was cake on.. My corn was over seasoned.. My fries were not cooked all the way..

3/10/2023 8:50 pm. While in Wingstop an employee was spraying stainless steel cleaning polish on appliances next to the raw chicken container. I told the person at the register that it was unsafe to spray chemicals around food. They went to tell the cleaning person but she sprayed it again. I asked for the manager. Asked him why cleaner was being sprayed around food and said it was unsafe and he seemed confused about what to say. I asked him to call the owner and he called Kathy. She said the chemicals used were safe around food. Stainless steel polish is not edible. She was very nonchalant. This is a business. How is it that an owner is more concerned with saying something to appease a customer than the fact that an employee is using an aerosol cleaner around food. The fumes emitted across the counter. I could smell the fumes and I told her. She said she didn’t know how the fumes could be that strong. Anyway. I know better. I’ve actually worked at this Wingstop. Drew would never allow this. This is not ok for a business that serves the public. If Kathy isn’t concerned about food contamination, then she should not be in business.

Easy to miss, not well marked, in a busy shopping center, staff was not friendly at all. No one greeted anyone when they walked in, the person upfront was busy on the phone and no one from the back came to help with pick up orders.

Bunch of retards.. Order 125 wings for pick up.. Even gave a credit card to hold for wife’s Birthday.. Received a phone call the next day that they weren’t going make my order cause I had to pay 1st.. My question is why didn’t they say that the day I made the order.. Not only did they loose my business today.. They lost it for good.. Don’t go here Drove all the way to Fontana to not only receive 1,000% better service but ordered 150 wings and they still did the order even though I needed it in a hour.. Never again giving my business to the Rancho location on Archbald

I just order 2 10pcs combos from their website. Paid $43 total price with delivery included. The drinks i order were sprite, and it looks like they had run out of sprite cus it taste like sparkling water. I called to let them know my issue, the guy named Robert is a shift leader and he just told me there’s nothing he can do to solve my problem. I ask to speak with the manager and he said there’s no manager there that he is the only one running the store. He didn’t offer me any type of resolution for my drinks.. it was very upsetting how they can treat a customer over some drinks that I paid for and couldn’t give me free drinks for the problem.

ordered boneless wings last night and when i got home we realized they were RAW, after calling today and speaking with Kathy who says she was the owner she said i would not get refunded unless i took them out of the trash and brought them back. this location would’ve gotten a 0 if i could.
