I came into the restaurant and ordered 10 lemon pepper, bone in. I received my order in less than 5 minutes. Got home and could see the chicken was dry. It appears it was not a fresh batch but refried and I was given ALL drummets. This is the first time Ive gone into a Wingstop and received a bad batch. I don’t mind waiting long for a fresh batch, made to order, as your message states, while I waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone so I can complain. I hung up and decided to send a message instead. I only ate 4 pieces and tossed the rest in the trash. Do better Wingstop.

I went in to place an order of flavored and plain wings. Once i received my order I opened the bag to notice my 10 plain wings were not in the bag. I brought it to the attention of the cashier. I then had to wait for them to add the 10 plain wings. Once i got home I noticed the plain wings were soggy. I drove back to the location and asked for a refund. I was told I would have to wait for the supervisor to come in order to receive a refund. I left wings with the cashier with my phone number. I asked for them to call me back. They never did.

3.5 stars I went for the chicken sandwich. I got 2. 1 cajun. 1 lemon pepper. Not bad. However, WS would benefit from toasting the buns and adding some condiments (i.e., pickles, mayo). Sandwich was a little on the dry side even though I drenched it in ranch. Overall, not a bad sandwich. Filling for its size. Will have again. Sandwich is however subpar to its top competitor. There is a family of rats living in this restaurant’s parking lot. I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was about 15 rats running in and out of the dumpster area. I’m calling the LB Health Department. After witnessing this vile event, I will NEVER eat at this Wingstop, Halaal Guys or Chipotle ever again.

They nearly begged me to do the survey in exchange for a free item, and I work in food service so I knew it would help them out and I completed it. However, after receiving my purchased food and free item everything tasted old and not fresh which was odd considering I waited a while for all of it. Don’t prioritize surveys before not even delivering the bare minimum quality with the food you serve. Whole situation speaks to this store’s laziness! Upper management will be made aware.
