I placed an order with this wing stop on Friday evening at approximately 7:20pm. After arriving to pick up order at 7:55pm, my order was supposed to be well done. I picked it up and went home . Upon arriving back home, and opened my order, as I requested my wings were not well done, but drenched in oil. Since I only live 7 minutes away, I tried to call them back, no answer 3 times. So I walked. I explained to the teamlead Darrin, and he agrees to re-cook my chicken and fries. After waiting another 15 minutes, another young lady handed me my chicken with no bag nor the fries. I had to ask for my fries , and a bag. After arriving back home a second time I open, and this time chicken is still not cooked well done, and the fries were over cooked. I go back a second time, and ask Devon the teamlead, and he says he can’t give me a refund because it was done online…..After spending &25, and coming back twice, I left with nothing. The Customer Service in this location is Horrible. The Staff is unprofessional, and need to be trained. Your team leads are not leads, they no nothing, and need retraining also. This is not the 1st time I have had a bad experience at this Wing-Stop. No one should settle for this type of customer service. I live 6-7 minutes from this Wing Stop, And I will not patronize this establishment anymore. I will Yelp, and call the corporate office. This is unacceptable.

I ordered my food over the phone @4:15. When I got there 30min later I was told my order wasn’t taken and no one works there with the name I was given. This happened to me once before with the previous team working there. They give you a random name as to not be accountable for mistakes or in my case not taking order at all. Needless to say I waited for my food to be cooked. I was given a Greasy Bag full of Greasy Boxes full of Greasy Chicken. I didn’t even take it from the counter. Immediately requested a refund. I will never go back after supporting this location for some time now. The price of the Food is going up!!! While the service is going down!! Turnaround to high always a different face and they no longer care about the quality of the food.

Why do you not list the correct time for your stores. I Googled and searched on your app and the times were not correct! Walked into the store on 2323 Manchester in Inglewood CA. At 9:50 pm the young lady said they closed at 9:00pm. Then the guy tells me HE DECIDED to stay open till 10pm. WTH This is unprofessional and comes across as you do what you want. So with that being said this location always has problems from the soda machine to getting the order right. Sad to say I liked your product but due to the constant issues with your chain I will have to go somewhere else. I send this complaint in hopes that this issue can be addressed and the business grow from it. Thanks for your time

I came from 45 minutes away and decided to get some REAL fried chicken while I was in the city! My mistake was stopping at this location. No seasoning on big fat undercook wings. I wanted to cry when I finally got home sat down and wanted to eat! I guess I should take half the blame for not looking at the chicken before I left but dang… if you can’t automatically get good fried chicken in Inglewood .. something bad is going on!!! Mark this place off my list forever!!

So the manager here I’ve seen before. It’s obvious she must have been caught doing something to be bouncing around. From Santa Monica to Culver City to Inglewood. It’s obvious she sort of Wingstop hopper. She will be nice at first and eventually that will dissipate. This Wingstop is a bit run down and after this visit, will be staying away from this location. Also owner make sure you keep tabs on your finances and hours. Because she will rob you blind. And then leave to go to another one.
