Cooks, please don’t be lazy. I waited 23 minutes to get cold food. I saw your cooked chicken on the fryer ready to sauce for future orders. Don’t rely on the fryer to keep your food hot, the fryer is not a heat lamp. I saw cooks prepping, one was putting ranch in to go plastic cups. I’m very disappointed. There were only 4 people inside eating and you guys decided to cook in advance and not to order? Please don’t be lazy guys, you see an empty restaurant and you guys don’t cook your food to order. Please be better next time, you guys are lucky the health department wasn’t there at that moment.

The young woman who greeted me was not very nice she was clearly not knowledgeable about her job or what she was supposed to do and she gave incorrect time frames. Then she decided to get the manager involved to do a job that she could not do herself. This was not a grand experience in fact I don’t plan on coming back to this location ever in my life for as long as I live I will make sure I go to a different location no matter how far I have to drive to get there. It shouldn’t take that long to get an order especially when you order through the app 30 minutes beforehand and if it’s going to be more than an hour or whatever then the app should specify that it’s not my fault it’s their fault and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation I’m done with this location Wingstop has filled for South Gate goodbye.

Disappointed in the food temperature. I ordered the chicken sandwich and not only was the bread cold but the chicken filet as well. The buffalo sauce was also cold. The fries were soggy and cold even after I requested that they be well done.

Their was a bug stuck to my wing automatically had to post it. Disgusting manager still had the nerve to tell me that their isn’t any bugs in their store. Highly recommend the manager drug test the employees, they where all acting really weird and kept constantly studdering and having to restart what they were saying to us.. I asked for a side of carrot sticks and literally got a full plate of carrots way more than I could ever eat. I asked for 2 forks and plates the guy handed me like 6 plates and 4 forks.. this is very unprofessional
