This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Very bad service. My order was never started until I had to get up and ask the status on it. They all kept looking for the receipt until they had to ask for mine and didn’t even tell me anything. I had to wait a total of 35 minutes, which is ridiculous. They rushed the food so fast that the quality did not taste good. Wether it’s getting the order incorrect or not getting it done on time, very unprofessional.

So I was at wingstop today on April 11th eating and noticed a young male walk in and asked for some sort of order he showed his phone to a female cashier employee and she handed him a cup and his food order as he was filling up his cup the cashier takes the order back from the counter to and places the food on a food rack he asked for his order and a another employee comes out from the back and asks the food order number he replies I just showed the cashier she ignored the situation and a argument broke out and the manager flipped him off.

After waiting on my order for 25 minutes I went to ask about my order and cashier told me that my ticket was lost and asked me to wait 5 minutes so that they can make my food. My order was not big it was a simple 15 piece meal. Other orders that where made after me where done on time. I eneded up canceling my order because I was going to be late to pick up my kids.
