Great experience. Food was prompt and on time. I tried calling a location near Downey area and was told the wait time was 45+ minutes; so I was going to opt out of getting Wingstop but luckily I was at a red light when I looked up and saw this location, called my order in and my food was prepped by the time I went inside and it wasn’t even 15 minutes.

This Wing-stop is better than any wings-stop. Good taste of lemon pepper. With ranch. Let alone the Pink lemonade combo. Delicious, yummy, tasty, heart filling and wonderful! Don’t forget the ranch dip with them ! I remember that old coleslaw but they no longer have it! It be great if they considered bringing it back. I love the fries and corn cob pieces!!! The manager Luis is awesome and respectfully resolves problems, if any, of course, but it only happened once about a missing item. Thank you Luis! You deserve your position and they should give you a raise!

Ordered from this teen employed, high school food court. Then had Missing items. I asked about the missing items, they got hostel. Heck Wal-Mart has better employees than these….. Dusty ashee buns, as the Sahara. Fries oily as olive gardens salad. Oh boy the “Wings” with half of half the sauce. I have the money to spend . So threw them away. Made my own homemade wings bone and bone out.

Made an online order (50 traditional wings) hours before and my order was not ready at that given time frame. I was told by en employee it would take an additional 10-15mins on top of the time it was expected to be ready. I didn’t complain, I understand it can get busy. After 20mins I asked again about my order and they could not locate my order or name. Then, they asked for all my information and I assume they finally put in the order. Waited for more than 45mins and nothing so I decided to get a refund at that point. No point in ordering ahead. Many walk ins came in and received their order before my scheduled one. This store needs organization. Employees were not concerned or bothered about my waiting that long. They do not care, and it was very clear. Very sour experience.

Price got higher, and the quality went down. My fries were dry and looked like they were reused from the day before. Some wings were way too small. To charge almost $20 for dry fries and small, almost meatless wings is just sad.
