40 min wait for 10 wings, chicken sandwich and cheese fries…the fries were soggy and cold even though they said, as we were waiting, that they were being cooked right then and completely unseasoned. The wings were not any better, very oily so much that the seasoning and sauce just sloshed off the wing, ranch wouldn’t even stick to it. The only good thing was the sandwich, toasted bun, chicken, 5 pickles…that’s it. The girl at the counter was nice and preppy though. But it would have been nice if utensils and napkins were included in the take out bag…

Placed my order on the app at 2:46 PM didn’t get it till 3:40 pm. People came in ordered in person and got their food way ahead of me. When I got there only two kids were in charge and all they seemed to care about was about the male employee fighting someone. I know one customer won’t make a difference but never ordering from here again. If y’all do order from here order two hours in advance and maybe you’ll get your order in time.

Chicken is poorly cooked, wait times are super high, the story is very crowded. What’s the point of asking what sauce I want if you’re not going to put it in the bag? How can I get an undercooked sandwich when the wait is like 40 minutes? Server was very nice, and she kept her cool while becoming noticeably overwhelmed. Meh experience

My husband waited from 6:30p.m. to 8p.m. at the wingstop in Carlsbad and the employees would not give him a refund. they told him they didn’t have time to give anyone a refund and he and the other customers could come back at midnight. My husband had to just wait there for his food. Employees there are rude and should be fired for being rude, disrespectful and lazy.

This placed barely opened up so of course it’s going to be packed and have long wait times. People just need to be patient until the business has been open longer and the mania dies down especially when making huge orders. My food was good and hot, I ordered on the app and the ready time was off a little but it was clearly because the store was packed. I’m sure the wait times will get better once the location has a chance to settle.
