Stop by to get some dinner with a busy restaurant it think his name was Tyler was working hard at the register, putting orders together, answering the phone….. while two other female employees were visiting and sitting with friends laughing away, being loud, going back and forth into the kitchen area getting stuff maybe for free, who knows but bet it was nice being on the clock the entire time I was there for them socializing with their friends.

As good as the food is, their manager (if she even is one) is horrid. Ordered theough doordash and it had come completely wrong, went through them to get a refund. Said we had to go through wingstop to get it. Called and explained everything, person who answered said couldnt help and manager wasnt in. She then proceeded to retrack what she said and say she was the manager but wouldnt do anything for us.

It’s hit or miss. I Originally asked for lightly seasoned fries… but it wasn’t correct. When I asked them to correct my order… they seemed to have burnt my fries (maybe on purpose?). I’m disappointed about the fries… but the wings were good. Lol

Went there about 11 pm, hoping to get something for dinner after my shift. Apparently only the incompetent ones work the late shift! The cashier was completely unprofessional. Instead of worrying about people checking in she was trying so hard to act helpless in front of the male employees. Ice machine was also out of ice and tables were left unattended and DIRTY! Went to tell the same cashier? What did she do? Say “okay” and go back behind the wall and continue to act “cute” . Really stop hiring kids.

I have gone here about 4 times in the past 3 months, and each time I pay the extra for the fries. Well haha each time I spend my good money on some fries I want them edible. No burnt sticks of chalk all stuck together! Is that hard to accomplish? Looks like she left them in the fryer till I asked for my food. Slapped it into a tray and told me have a good day , awful fries everytime don’t waste your time.

I made an online order at 2:30 pm and asked for it to be ready for pickup at 4pm to avoid the usual long wait. I get there at 4:15 and my order is not even close to being done. My kids love the food but I HATE THE WAIT.

For tonight.. 2/26/23 everyone was rude. So bad I had to wait for my pick up order for about 10-30 mins. As in no one would come to the register . And everyone just looks at you like your homeless that’s no good. The business was so good fast and help customers fast… I am not sure if I’ll be back again.
