Put my order in waited 20minutes. Food was done. Left came home to look inside my bag & only find 1order not 2. Drove back & took my order inside & told them & showed them they only gave me 1order. For them to tell me “oh yea , we saw you walk out & leaving & that the other order was still there. I said welll first of all if you knew that why didn’t one of y’all come bring itt out to us? And for 2 why didn’t y’all put my orders together in the bag & 3, I had to drive all the way back& that’s all you have to say? No apology or say let me remake your whole order over, nothing just like here u go. Not a happy customer

The wings and fries were awesome. They were delicious, and we got the spicy Korean sauce on the side, which was a great choice. Their fountain drinks never taste good. they’re always flat, so disappointing since I like drinking coke with my wings. The cashier was very nice and friendly she answered all my questions without any problem great job.

Service is fast and friendly. I order online and the wait time is usually short (15 -20 min). The only gripe I have about the food is the wings aren’t all the way covered in sauce, some are completely naked . Otherwise, everything is pretty good.

Do not eat here at the location on coors and I-40 in Albuquerque New Mexico. Had dinner and all the wings had feathers on them were practically full of them. Took them back and they refused to remake our order and manager Brianna was very rude.

Stop hiring worthless employees and take care of good employees. This location has continued the downturn and may be in the final deathspins……treat and train your staff like you care, where is the leadership at this dumpster fire? This is the problem with the NM restaurant groups that own albuquerque locations….they do not care, haven’t had consistent service there in over a year. Our last visit was our last, unless someone contacts me in regards to the multiple complaints sent…… now they are going cashless. The shop is disgusting l, the music blaring from the kitchen does not match the music blaring inn the dining. The drink machine is FILTHY, THE ENTIRE STORE IS DISGUSTING. NO WONDER I GOT SICK. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE CALLED MONDAY. Corporate needs to close this location

I walked into W.S. and was greeted with a smile and a welcome in! That started off my wonderful experience at W.S. The wings are always great, but today I tried the Honey Hot Chicken Sammie!
