Beware of broken glass in your food!! Besides them being very unprofessional when you call, they don’t have any means of quality control. If you break glass in a kitchen you would think of checking around the food. I had to find out by chewing on my voodoo fries and pulling out a broken piece of sharp glass. After this horrific experience I called and the “manager” this evening and was laughing at my situation? She then went on to say we needed to call the next day to speak with another manager. I don’t know why we have continued to eat here but I will say this draws the line.

Me and my family used to spend most of our time on the Enchanted Hills part of town. Since we relocated for a bit, we’ve had new options on places to eat and I really can’t compliment any of them enough as much as I can this Wingstop. The food is absolutely amazing, the staff is friendly and gets your order on time just about every time, And sometimes when I go in they’re pretty packed. Plus they’re one of the only restaurants on the block open past 9 that you can walk in and eat. They have a great location with a great atmosphere. My family and I have eaten here more times than anywhere since we’ve been on this side of Bernalillo Go check em out!!!

Terrible service, I spent more than an hour waiting for my order, they even left me wrong orders 2 times and while I was eating they took them away because according to them they had confused the order and were still in a bad temper until later they left me my “order” and that it wasn’t I ordered some classic wings without chili and they took me with chili and so as not to get into the argument anymore I turned around and grabbed it like this and I also ordered a combo mango sandwich and they only gave me the sandwich and the soda without the potatoes and the chicken was raw, TERRIBLE SERVICE I do not recommend this place !!

As a fellow Wingstop worker myself just at a different location I’m very disappointed this is the second time I never got my ranch and cheese sauce and unfortunately this time my food was cold and my fries were still cold in the middle as well . I ordered 8 boneless which I’m pretty sure out of the “8” boneless I got one of them was a tender the cashier at least was super nice she did tell me a wait time of 30 minutes I waited patiently at least 25-30 minutes and my food was already done sitting on the rack… I will just make the drive to the brand new store on ridgecrest great service food prep times are on point and always make sure everything is up to the customers standards .
