Wing stop service as something else.. The location that i went to has a lot of young staff that do not care about their customers.. Even when ordering the young lady was all but telling me to hurry up or get out the line. After I ordered it took 50 minutes to get my food.. I will say the food was good but the brownies were frozen. I think wing stops need to keep a better eye on some locations and make sure the manager is holding staff accountable for good service…

Small for dining in, and the wait is usually 25 mins at least for one order. I recommend ordering ahead online. The chicken is always cooked well and the classic wings are always crispy. Friendly service, a little more expensive than drive through but still affordable. If you like dry rubs, the lemon pepper is delicious.

Have ordered from this location 3x now. 2x pickups, 1x Uber Eats & EveryTime there’s always something missing. Either 5 wings or the dipping sauce EveryTime. Last night ordered a Latto meal and had to eat 21 wings n fries without the Ranch I ordered. Totally unacceptable. Need to start checking order accuracy! And hire workers who want to be there..

I placed an order online, it was supposed to be ready within 16-21 minutes they said, i got there like 10 minutes after, and the food was still not ready, waited an additional 15 minutes inside the store, just to end up leaving without my dipping sauces, no veggie sticks (which i paid extra for) and one of the boneless wings I had was raw. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Super rude staff, very dirty and unorganized. Food all over the floor. It was a regular Saturday night and they were so far behind on orders it was a 30 min wait just to place your order. I drove to next nearest location and it was clean, nice staff, and organized. Looked to only have half of the staff of the first location but putting out twice the orders.
