Great food, clean location, but horrible order processing system. This place can’t get food prepared in the estimated time even if you are the first and only person there. You are guaranteed to wait 20-30 minutes LONGER than your estimated time. This is not a one time experience. I’ve ordered from here at least 5 times, and it’s always this way. I’m just used to waiting longer even if I submit my order online well ahead of time A location closer to my house is opening soon. Let’s see if they also operate as slow as molasses as well.

The customer service at this location is terrible. Picked up an order for a party and when we opened everything up we’re missing half of a 20 piece order of wings. Was supposed to be 10 lemon pepper and 10 Louisiana rub. The box only had the 10 lemon pepper. My wife called them and the woman who took the call said that her manager fulfilled that specific order and it couldn’t be wrong. They tell my wife she has to wait for a manager. She waits and talks to someone else who continues to insist that they didn’t mess up the order and those Louisiana rub wings are in our order somewhere. Meanwhile I have all boxes open on the counter and there are no Louisiana rub wings anywhere. Now this interaction between staff and customer continues with more back and forth and while I understand it might be frustrating for food service staff to deal with unhappy customers I can only hope that this location takes this feedback and works to get better from a communication standpoint. The food was good but one star is to point out that poor customer experience can ruin the rest of an otherwise good experience because I wouldn’t be writing a poor review over 10 missed wings. One star also means I will never be back.

Unfortunately, this is not the location you want to order your wings from. They are understaffed, poorly trained, and horrible at answering the phones, orders are never on time, the cooks and cashiers are not efficient, and they wear their air pods while working. It is the promised time of 25 min, but I have to wait for 55 min for me. There is always a line of people waiting, and for them to put unprofessionally handwritten, “we are closed at random times” signs on the front door is ridiculous. Someone should really consider contacting corporate customer service and notify them of this franchise owner and staff. Try to avoid ordering from this location if possible. You may want to consider ordering from Market St. in Gilbert, or the location in San Tan at Ellsworth.

First time we ordered was great… second time sucked! Wings were over cooked, and barely any sauce when it’s a sauced wing (bbq)… horrible wait times and the cashier was on her phone between every customer and had her air pods in… meh only thing good is their fries!

Do not order from this location., especially delivery. They don’t ever answer the phone nor deliver all your food. If you do get in touch with them, they offer no real solution after you have already waited an hour. They tell you to come get the order or work it out on your own with doordash which is pointless after delivery is complete.They did offer a refund, but never followed thru on it. I even spoke to a customer service rep who also offered a refund and then asks if she can close the issue immediately. I was then emailed by a Phx Area coach Brandon Depper who also did absolutely nothing. Long story short…customer service is a lost art and this chain definitely does not have it.

I really like Wingstop. I really do not like how the franchise nearest to my home is run. It closes early or altogether on random days. I walk to the site so the roll the dice nature of this storefront is very frustrating
