My son tried their chicken sandwich.. he said it was decent/good. I ordered the lemon pepper n original hot.. nice crisp to it. Only issue is the fries are overly salted. Condiments need to be restocked.

Im a dasher who was waiting for an order waitiI was vaping in this locations space unaware that I couldnt and one of the employees kindly told me that it wasnt a vape free zone. So i respectfully put away my vape and apologized for vaping in the space. The manager comes out of the back area proceeds to be very rude asking me had i vaped. I respectfully said yes i was notified that it wasnt a vape free zone. The manager cuts me off and tells me disrespectfully to leave and that i was never welcomed back ever again…i tried telling him that i didnt know until literally a few moments. He proceeded to be very disrespectful talking to me like i was a child. So i left and he proceeded to keep talking to me disrespectfully although i respectfully walked away without arguing with him. As a dasher that dashes out in the heat and can have long days i DO NOT appreciate the way i was treated. At all. Whoever that tall caucasian manager or store manager was needs to be demoted if he cannot talk or treat customers with the respect that is given.

Awful experience first was in the old strip mall at 75 Avenue I believe/remembered, stinky rotten bone-in chicken it was 50 cents special back then… bad experience… few years past passed I thought I’d give it another try jan. 27 2023 Cashier Edal was very friendly i ask for a 10 pc no other sugar free drink but water or tea, so I asked for a tea 7:54pm order was placed a minute after i realized my order was placed as boneless instead of bone-in the lead kitchen cook seems to take care of it and was told not worry about it. Few minutes afterwards another employee came came to work straight not wash his hands went to kitchen munching on something, people in BOH munching too talking touching face ears nose hair hats with no gloves only the lead lady/manager had gloves on. Everybody no gloves rubbing eyeballs scratching nose and ears munching eating on the line nobody washes hands. Cashier kept following up for my order33 minutes passed finally got my order. Fries was dark brown soggy tasted burnt, you can easily tell it was refried on old oil…. not fresh just made it hot salted and soggy. I asked them if they don’t normally wear gloves employee Said no yet nobody seemed to care!!! nasty place to eat. Pricey, long-wait and unsanitary. Placed should be closed down! 48st and baseline. Flavor and wait time was okay but the notion of how unsanitary and high negligence on hygiene and food quality disgusts guest including me. End up not finishing food and left…. Do not eat here if you have weak stomach.

I’m disappointed to have to write a negative review on Wingstop but chose to on this location for constructive criticism. Girlfriend and I love to come here and eat but for some reason this location won’t get our order correct. The other night we ordered two 10 piece combos and half of our custom orders were flipped. Gave them a call back to explain what happened and the manager nicely put us down for a free 10 piece combo next time we came in. Called back next day for lunch to place another order and to our surprise again our order was not correct and we did not get extra seasoning on our fries let alone any seasoning. Love the lemons and limes with salt and pepper they have out but this location had ketchup from day beforehand still caked on and pepper shaker was missing. Asked employee nicely for some pepper and he offered little packets out of the plastic silverware package instead of refilling the jar then and there. Apologies for the drawn out review but nothing other than trouble here. Won’t be coming back for a little while. Hope they can get it fixed sometime!

Came in today at about 245.it was chill the staff was very chill …we ordered the 20 wings mild and fries …with 2 ranches .the wings were perfect and fries had enough salt to enjoy..only down fall is we asked for a towel to use for eating the wings ,the manager said they couldn’t let us use a wet towel cause the gm keeps track of how many towels they use seemed odd to me …every establishment I’ve been to never turned me down for a wet towel and also its wings we eat ..even asked for gloves they said they couldn’t spare any it was like wow ..but over all the food and service was good ….also on the wings mild sauce was to greasy like they used to much grease in the sauce
