Move over Buffalo Wild Wings, there’s a new wing sheriff in town and their name is Wing Stop. From the moment I took a bite of their saucy, juicy wings, I knew I had found my new wing obsession. I mean, I’m pretty sure I heard angels singing as I savored each delicious wing.

I understand this is a new restaurant and they’re just getting things started but I was extremely frustrated with the service at the counter. Was told I couldn’t have four flavors in a 30 piece and the wings I did receive some didn’t even come with the rub/sauce I asked for. The lemon pepper were just peppered wings in a pool of lemon juice. Cheapest tasting wings I have ever had. Would have had a better time if I had gotten McDonald’s and never ate it.

I understand this is a new opening for Saint George and I am sure they are super busy and bombarded but I am so disappointed with their service as well as the food I received. I ordered 3 different meals for pick up which is a pretty penny and one of the meals fries were not included, they gave me a total of 3 carrot sticks and 3 celery sticks, two ranches (for 3 meals), my daughters chicken tenders were rock hard to the point where she could not bite into them and my lemon pepper wings were in the container soggy because it was filled with an inch of grease. I have had Wingstop in other states many many times and they’re my favorite wings but this location is giving Wingstop a horrible reputation.

I had just tried Jay Birds the day before, and Wingstop is much better, still not amazing though, and honestly I would probably go to Popeyes before either place. The chicken was decent, but the fries were oddly sweet and a tad soft. They are expensive, but I think that is the nature of things now.

My wife and I were excited to try it out but there wasn’t anything special about this place. Customer service was decent but it took 30 minutes to get our food. My chicken sandwich had a sweet rub on it and pickles and the buns. That was it and the fries were soggy. The only thing good was the ranch itself. Not impressed but maybe someone else will love it.

I think the first couple of reviewers, who all gave 5-star reviews, must be personal friends of the owners or managers, because the experience I had wasn’t 5-star worthy. I entered the restaurant, got in line behind just one person, who was finishing placing their order. They finished placing their order, and the person working the counter asked me to hang on for a sec while they answered the phone. Cool, I can wait a bit, no problem. However, the worker stayed on the phone for a full five minutes with me just standing there twiddling my thumbs. When I was able to place my order, I found out that the lowest cost order would be $13 (either a six wing combo, or a minimum order of 10 individual wings, which comes out to $13.50). A bit more than I had anticipated, but I went with the combo, which included a small drink and fries. They told me that it would be approximately 18 minutes before my order was ready. Yikes. So, I waited 20 minutes for my order to be called, and when they called it out, I received it in a HUGE, very wasteful, grocery-store sized paper bag. I got my drink, headed to the car, and before heading home I tried a couple of fries… the fries were limp, barely warm, non-salted, very plain, fries. Not a great start to the meal. At home I opened up the wings and gave them a try. I had ordered the mild, parmesan garlic wings, and the spicier Asian wings. Neither type of wing was crispy, and the parmesan had a very weak flavor. The spicier Asian wings had a nice flavor, and I enjoyed those (though a crispy skin would have been nice). The fries were just a lump of limp cold potatoes when I ate them with the wings.

Ordered my food through Uber Eats and it was given to the wrong driver. They refused to remake it or even speak to me or the new driver about what happened. I called to ask the name of the person and they could not give me that information and told me to call doordash when I said I ordered through Uber Eats. Super frustrating. There has to be a system to confirm who they are handing orders too.

Pretty good wings, not very spicy. My wife loves spice and I not so much but the mango habanero was not spicy considering its there 2nd on the list. Was pretty fast service, kinda sucks you can’t really sit inside. They don’t give you forks with your to go order so I’d ask before you leave and make sure you grab some napkins. Only one suace per meal so if you know you eat a lot of it, maybe order and extra.

Wings were overcooked, garlic parmesean had little flavor, but the Korean was wonderful. Overcooking of the wings was very disappointing. I had Wing Stop in Washington State and didn’t have the same experience. Staff was efficient & friendly.

Been going to wingstop for 20 years never had an issue, always been great! Was excited about one opening in St George, been there 3 times now since they opened and somehow the food and customer service got worse! Wings are over cooked and nobody acts like they want to work there! They have bad attitudes and the food is severely overpriced! Will not be going back, rather drive to Vegas instead!
