We placed an order at around 5:30 online. Got to the store around 20 minutes later (past the estimated time our order was to be complete) and they “never received our order”. So they offer to remake it with another 13 minute wait. 30 minutes later our food is ready.

Nice new location! The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick. There is no seating inside but there are a couple tables with umbrellas outside to the North. Two benches inside to sit and wait for to-go orders .I recommend the mango habanero with ranch. I also like seasoning my fries with the zesty lemon (it is a lot like the lemon pepper rub)

Never been to a Wing Stop that’s run so well. Walked in, got greeted and they were on top of everything and the place was so clean. Ran so much better then the disgusting Provo one. Really impressed and obviously killer wings.

Disappointed. I ordered 10 boneless wings. I asked how long it would take and they said 7 mins. After 21 mins I finally just had to leave. I left paying and got no food. Maybe if you order online before you get there it would be better. They had soooo many employees and there was only 3 people in the store, so I’m unsure what was going on.

2nd update: Kai deserves a raise. Apologetic. Helped me out. Was very pleasant. Had his manager come talk to me. They made it right and said they would remake the whole order since by the time I get back home it would be cold. Bumped my rating from 1 star to 5. Not perfect but they tried to make it right which to me is 5 star worthy.
