Pre-ordered 150 wings in advance (24+ hours ahead) only to get there and the staff did not make the order. I waited 30 min for it to be made then got home and discovered that the majority of the flavors were not what we ordered.

Received the wrong order at first but Wingstop went above and beyond to make it. The boneless wings were amazing! They were the best, freshest boneless wings I’ve had in a long time and service was friendly, timely and on point! Will definitely be back for more. The fries were soft and not the best but the wings more than made up for it.

Went to this place for something different. We new this place was new so we didn’t expect perfection. The customer service was average when ordering our food, but that was good considering they were backed up out the door. We ordered two 6 piece wing combos (one boneless other bone in) and took a seat. While waiting for our food one customer started yelling at the employees to get his food because he waited for over 1.5 hours. This is when customer service went out the door because they talked back to him in a way that sounded like they didn’t care. Finally a manager came out. Another guy a little later got angry for the same reason and complained for a discount which they gave him. After waiting for about 1.5 hours we got our food. Everything was good until we noticed they put the wrong seasoning on some of our wings. My husband had to go up to counter to complain and they provided him the correct order in about 10 minutes. The food was mediocre and nothing too special. Except maybe the voodoo fries. Overall the experience was alright and we may or may not be back. I understand it’s new, but after a week of being open some of their flaws should not have been that bad. Three stars for an average place in Cheyenne.

The wings and chicken tenders are great, but they really need to improve the quality of their fries. Every time we have ordered, the fries are limp, dark-colored, and soggy. It makes me think that they are severely overfilling the fry basket and/or the oil is dirty or the wrong temperature.

I would like to start off by saying the food here is sup par at best. The wings were barely warm and the fries were limp and soggy. On top of the that, when you advertise $0.70 boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesdays and then charge you full price and don’t tell your customer about it till they find out later looking are by looking at their receipt that you gave them and not giving them their total you are now committing false advertising. Ordered Wingstop Online. Said 16-21 minutes. No phone calls or anything. 6+ people working and after 40 minutes, multiple customers said they were waiting 2+ hours for food and no questions from the staff. One said they wouldn’t make food if you didn’t pay online, but I didn’t even have the option to do so. Thanks for wasting my time. I was excited about Wingstop in Cheyenne. Not anymore. Trash. Thanks for nothing.
