I’ve ordered here dozens of times, and I can confirm that well done fries are a myth. You will never get fries that aren’t the limpest, soggiest things you’ve ever had, and they are almost always undercooked by even normal standards. The wings are still decent for the most part.

The only Wingstop I visit because I live nearby. Service has always been 100% and the food quality has its ups and downs. The wings are consistently cooked well but the fries are either undercooked or just right. Overall, a great place for your wing cravings for an affordable price. Wings are not cheap so expect to pay $20 for a combo meal for 1. The price is fair considering you get a drink and a large serving of fries on top of your 6, 8, or 10 piece order.

Yesterday I did a phone order to this location when I meant to pick up at Stetson Hills. I was so bummed when I realized I was at the wrong store because I was afraid by the time I got to my food at Palmer Park , it would be cold. I called this location to let them know of my mistake and they made sure it was HOT + perfectly prepared when I got there. THANK YOU so much for taking CARE of our order !! I had not been to this Wingstop location before. The staff was friendly. Our order came out in a timely manner and it was correct. I got lemon pepper Cajun dry rub wings and voodoo fries for the first time. They were super good I think I would like my fries well done however the flavors were really good.

It was terrible. Wings were so overcooked that the bones were breaking. They didn’t give me the correct order, missing lots. I called 3 different times and was told manager would call me back and never did! Super disappointed. Will not be going back

Ordered wingstop tonight. Got 4 different flavors. I knew 2 of the flavors we ordered were dry because it states that on the menu. Ordered mild wings and they weren’t listed as being dry. So I called the store to ask. The person that answered told me “well that flavor dries out pretty quick so next time order them with extra sauce.” Ok. Well that would have been nice to know before ordering. Very disappointed. And I know he just works there. But at least an apology would have been nice rather than the typical try to get you off the phone quick responses. I now have to go buy wing sauce to put on the wings that were supposed to already have sauce on them. I would have made wings at home if I would have known this would be the case. But we try to order from different places as often as we can since all of this covid stuff has happened.
