Came here from Oklahoma on our way to Denver. Staying over night in Colorado Springs. Walked into Wingstop to get wings and tried to order a 30pc bone in for a couple people and then some other stuff. The lady working wanted to argue with me over how many sauces I could get. I wanted 4 or 5 and she would let me have more than 3 even though it clearly states 3-6 flavors. This place wasn’t busy for being lunch time and it was clear she just didn’t want to do the work. Very disappointed. Now I’m eating an appetizer and food at Old Chicago down the street. I could take a guess that sales aren’t great here.

The only good wingstop left in COS. Foods always made before the estimated time and tastes fresh. Never had a problem with an order item missing or anything. Only complaint is that cooperate keeps removing hot honey

10 June 2019/Location: Southgate. Degraded quality and overpriced , don’t do it! Degraded quality: fries were burnt and not as plentiful – their fries used to be really good. I picked out the semi decent ones. I asked for lemon pepper and mango habanero flavors. I got tiny wings for both , ONLY ONE set had favor the other were just plain “tiny” wings. Not sure what happened , someone was having a bad day , short staffed, whatever I am very disappointed and will not be going back. This evening’s little splurge (I was having a food cheat night) was a shear disappointment. The only thing good was the customer service. Southgate Wingstop what happened , you suck?

I gave this place a try again after last time they messed up my order. I asked again for well done wings and extra seasoning on my fries. I even called after placing the order to ask them to please make my wings well done and the girl who answered got an attitude said “I know” and before I could say thank you and bye she hung up. I pick up my order and the wings weren’t well done and there was no seasoning on the fries and the other order of wings we had they laid the small box on the fries sideways and the juice leaked out onto the fries and other food in the bag. I tried to file a complaint and when you get to the end to submit, it does not submit! I will never order from here ever again.

I was charged 3.29 for some cheese sauce from Maria. I know she gave herself a tip because it clearly says 1.89 for dipping sauce. Maria is over charging customers for everything, basically stealing. If you don’t mind being ripped off or over charged continue to go here but make sure to always get a receipt.

Its a shame. I order from this location all the time. I ordered all flats. Why am I being served the the non-edible tip of the wing and a drum that I didn’t pay for. Looks like im going to have to check after your personnel routinely. At least the tea didn’t taste deathly old.

We placed an order last night through the app for pick up before close on 4/20/23, when getting home I realized they forgot 2 of the items we asked for and they were already closed for the night so we waited til this morning to rectify it. There’s no way to dispute or report an issue other than calling per the app information. We called 8 times just to be hung up on every single time you could literally hear the staff in the back whispering to hang it up on us etc. This is absolutely crazy I will be disputing charges from my bank at this point, why tell us to call when you all just play silly games and avoid the phones…

Terrible service! There was nothing to drink in the store because the “CO2” was out so as the cashier was taking selfies behind the counter customers also noticed that there was also no tea made. The cashier calls the names of the orders and after proceeds to make offensive comments about a paying customers name. Tables were not cleaned very sticky and lots of trash on the floor. Very rude and unprofessional will not be coming back.
