Fries don’t look presentable and we’re burnt. Completely drenched in oil. We ordered plain chicken wings, and the 3 out of the 10 wings still had the chicken feathers attached to them. As a chef, this is unacceptable. We payed $55, and couldn’t even eat.

Great service & Emma the cashier was beyond awesome! Prompt and friendly. The flavors are delicious but they didn’t not have my teriyaki flavor soda tasted great & ranch was a plus. New Cajun corn was awesome maybe not so fried give it a little more juice but I like how you make them…Cajun & lemon pepper wings choices in point..

Always check your to go orders before you leave the place. We paid for some ranch but there’s nothing in our bag. On top of paying for sauces, we always include tip. But probably won’t next time.

First time going to Wing Stop. At first I was a little confused. I thought it was like another wing restaurant I went to where they seat you and take your order. Here it is seat yourself kinda deal. You order at the counter, when ready they call your name. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and hot. Even the fries. They had flavor, not just salt. They were not soggy or greasy at all. Everything tasted amazing! I absolutely loved the southern iced tea. I also loved the fact that you can refill your own cup when you wanted to. This will definitely be our new wing place.

Not great. I’m sure this is a pretty standard wing stop, but the food was kinda bad. Greasy is the best word, and overall kinda bland. But at least is was affordable and edible.

Dined in and the food was great however there were a couple of problems. First off, no napkins. How do you eat wings without napkins? My husband went up and asked for a roll of brown paper towels for our table since they had just given us a huge blob of the paper towels at first. Second problem… When it was time to go, we looked around for a trash can. There wasn’t one because they said it makes the dining room look messy because it gets so full that they can’t empty it. What?? So they want you to bring your trash and set it on the same counter where they serve the food and then they throw it away for you. Are they washing their hands after they touch people’s trash? Are they sanitizing that area of the counter after each trash dump? I don’t want my fresh wings next to some stranger’s trash. That’s disgusting and probably against food safety standards or whatever guideline they are supposed to be following.

Placed an online order, a week ahead, for pickup on Super Bowl Sunday. Not only did I have to wait over 45 minutes past my pick up time to receive my order, but they were taking walk in orders and processing those ahead of all of the people waiting for their pickup orders. It was a complete disaster. If you are going to limit what can be ordered for pickup on a knowingly very busy day, then you clearly know what you’re in for. Processing and filling walk in orders ahead of people whose orders are already late is ridiculous.

One of the worst establishments I ever been to. The managers/workers are absolutely terrible to deal with and they purposely don’t answer calls when they feel like not working. THE WORST.

Ordered ahead and asked for extra sauce and I picked up the driest wings. Never again. Simple instructions.

The cashier Jessica was great. She spelled “Michael” perfect. The other girl was extremely flustered and not truthful. She called “Michelle” so I did not go up to the counter to get my order. I am now eating cold wings and cold fries. The ticket clearly says walk dine in. Why would they put it on the shelf and forget it ? When I asked her, did you call Michael, she said she called both. Not true. She needs to be retrained. Jessica went on a short break so she wasn’t there to point out who Michael is. However, it was not busy so she should have looked around the corner and would’ve seen me sitting there. Not the cooks fault or Jessica. Solely the other cashiers fault. Then lying was not necessary. Admit your faults and move on. No big deal.
