Just got home with my order and find out cashier put order in wrong. I ordered 30 piece crew meal with fries and veggies and it was suppose to be boneless. Well on the receipt it was put in as classic. Got home to find out they didn’t put the veggies in with the order. Never going back. 40 minute wait and have the entire order wrong

We felt very unwelcome at this wing stop location. I am assuming the guy at the register was a new employee, as many mistakes were made, but instead of anyone apologizing a lady that came to the register to help him ended up getting frustrated with us and snatching the receipt from my husband for a mistake not made by us…… the guy in the kitchen, however, seemed to do a really great job, and we did end up getting some of our money back that was owed, but the original man at the register had an extremely difficult time and the woman that was supposed to be helping with the situation ended up making us feel like we was the problem in front of other customers.. how embarrassing… needless to say, my husband said after tonights experience, he didn’t plan to spend another dime at a wing stop…. so thanks for ruining that ….

Very poor customer service. We ordered on dashdoor it said it will take 20 to 30 mins for our food we waited for 20 to 30 mins to go pick up our order and they said they never received our order then they said they did but has 1 hr ahead of orders before they get to mine. Dashdoor literally shows our order is almost ready and also took my payment this ain’t the first time wingstop has done this. It seems like they don’t want to take big orders. This is definitely a pattern for you folks either y’all are lazy or just don’t like your job. I have a big family so my orders are usually big so this was definitely disappointing. Especially when it’s a long day at work and your family is waiting for dinner. I know its just food but my time is precious.
