They use to require the last 4 of the card used to order but one super rude girl made me call my husband for the expiration date this time. Like I wanna walk back to my car to call for a number when I just spent a hundred dollars on food?! Not one other store I have ordered from does this. They say they have had a problem with theft but if you are giving orders to the wrong people then that’s on you don’t punish your customers. Especially when I order at least 2x a month and have always given the full name and the last 4 of the card number give me my freaking food and move tf on!!!

I have not ordered In months due the the food being undercooked or spoiled. I tried it again tonight, HUGE MISTAKE. The fries were half filled and ice cold. The ranch was set to expire today, however you could smell it rancid from the container.

We were big wingstop fans .. until today that is my husband came home looking forward to eating some wings .. so he placed his usual order of 30 family pk .. when he came home only to discover he only had 10pc .. he went back to the store with the order they gave him ..We didn’t touch it because it was incomplete ..they accused him of lying ..saying they were going to charge him for what he ate.. feeling tired/ hungry /frustrated he asked for a refund the employee that spoke to him said that we might get our refund or we might Not .. they said that it was our problem .. so basically we paid for bad customer service … sad to say. We will Not be going back to the wingstop in Andrews. We are firm believers of treating others the way we wanted to be treated with honesty and respect .. We are pretty understanding forgiving people… everyone makes mistakes no big deal .. we were young once … Today’s youth need to learn some serious work ethics .. I better Not catch my kid ever acting disrespectful because their actions reflect on us as parents .

The frys we’re bad. I’ve never had old frys at a wingstop but they were old and I didn’t order seasoned frys but thats what they gave me. The saucy chicken tenders were great though and totally made up for the frys

We were visiting Andrews and my girlfriend ate wings from here, and got terrible food poisoning. Spent the night at Permian ER with a huge hospital bill. I didn’t eat the wings and didn’t get sick. Never again.
