What happened to this place? We have been here in the past and, while it’s not the best wings in town, it wasn’t the worst. Now it is the worst. We should have turned around after seeing the back door which had layers of crud on the metal and so much grease on the window that it looked frosted. So gross…ewww… but we ordered and after 30 minutes I asked the guy what the wait time was for the orders. We have never waited a really long time so this was new. He said it’s an hour. Don’t you think it would be a good idea to have that posted somewhere? Like on the chalkboard that instead had some ridiculous poem/saying? But ok everything is crazy so I’m going with it. Then the wings and fries came. How is it possible to be so busy that we had to wait 50 minutes but still have the food come out lukewarm? Really? And the fries were literally soaked in grease. The paper in the boat couldn’t soak it all up so it was pooling at the bottom The 2 stars are there just because the guy taking the order was nice. But otherwise, it’s a zero.

I wanted to see if all the fuss over the wait time was legit..and it is. We waited 20 extra minutes for our food. It was not too busy inside, but they were turning around pick up orders. The wings were tasty, some were little dry but bigger sized. We had garlic parm, bbq and Korean bbq.

I went Sunday with my family, I was quoted 30 minutes for our food, we waited 45 minutes and asked how much longer they told us 6 more minutes we waited again and they we realized over an hour had passed by, I asked again and they told us they were still waiting on a few items. I asked for my money back at that point. Never going back

5 stars for delicious wings but 3 for service. Our order took 49 mins, place was empty and they seemed short staffed. Short staffed and overworked staff seems to be the problem everywhere though/: I liked the space; very roomy.

Update review.- I ordered thigh bites again. This time was nothing like the first time. I got nothing but small bread bites. Literally no chicken inside the breading. Can’t call cause the phone is always off the hook. See photo attached. Not happy and still hungry l.

Young lady at counter asked who was next. I walked up and she helped another person that came in after me. Ordered at counter. Paid and was told 3 hour wait. Asked for a refund they refused. Will be cancelling transaction through credit card. Saw another family ask for drink refills. They refused. We’ve been coming here for years. Many customers left unhappy. This was an absolute meltdown on their part. Too bad.

Ordered 20 pieces wings and tender and corns and fries at 11:15am. they missed the free seasoning fries that i got from taking the survey. Called them in the evening understand they are busy but after waited for 10 mins in the phone they drop my call. Very nice.

Avoid going here unless you really have to never met a manager with such condescending attitude. Terrible customer services starting by her employees no wonder they all act entitled with customers . Paid 45$ for wings it’s not like it’s free or something the least you could expect is some decent size wings. Ordered boneless wings got rat meat size looking wings nothing like in the picture as advertised like if they gave me crumbs from the bottom of the bag. Manager proceeds to tell me that’s what they had. When my daughter had received decent wing size. Waited 40 minutes for wings on a weekend I mean if it Weren’t for the employees constantly checking their phones as their working maybe the orders would come out faster.Also teenagers with nerf guns running in and out manager never told them anything Don’t bother calling me to correct my experience.
