Its kind of a stretch to give it 3 stars sometimes. I wouldn’t dine in, the tables look sticky and it’s really just a wing factory. That being said, this most recent visit was more like a 1-star visit. Ordered online at 4:12 and it took them until 4:45 to bring those wings out. This wouldnt be an issue but I showed up around 4:25 and just stood there while they told me my wings were almost ready like 3 times. Even looking annoyed that I wouldnt sit down and get out of the way of the counter. Anyways, I would expect that kind of speed from ordering in person. I don’t expect it when I order online and come to the wing place just to have them start my order. I actually think the problem is management. She was standing there trying to avoid eye contact and basically ignoring me while she had a stank look on her face. She then just grabbed whatever papers she had and went to go sit at some table and look busy.

Great wings and great customer service! I ordered online and when I went to pick it up, I saw a car pull up to the drive-up window. I didn’t know they had a window, so I thought, how convenient! and pulled up behind the car. Well apparently the window is only for orders already paid, which I had not, as that is not an option yet when ordering though Wingstop online. I was totally willing to go park and walk in, but James saw that I had my 3 young kids in the car and rather than make me lug everyone inside, took care of my order at the window. Thank you James!

Really kind staff, clean looking restaurant & has a drive through. The first time I went, I ordered lemon pepper- it was more grease than it was lemon pepper but the second time, it was much better. It was seasoned very well but kinda cold. (To be fair I think I ordered on/near the day it opened) Overall, its good.

Don’t waste your money here. I’m new to the area so I’m definitely figuring out where NOT to spend my money. I should’ve just went to the Round Rock location. My fries didn’t have any seasoning when I ordered extra AND they were cold. The boneless garlic parmesan wings that I ordered didn’t taste the best either. Traditional wings that my husband got were okay. Also, I placed an order for a future time & it’s like they made the order hours before & let it just sit in the building. I ordered $60 worth of food to have for the following day. What a waste. I don’t even want to put up a fight for a refund I just hate that I spent that much for me not to even enjoy it. If you want cold unseasoned fries & wings that taste funny, definitely come here.

Was told 18-25 minutes for pick up.I gave them 30 minutes before leaving home only for us to have to wait another 20 minutes in the store. Asked for Very crispy wings half cajun half lemon pepper. Wings were grisly and flabby which I hate.Thats why I asked for very crispy wings. All that time and they still got it wrong. I also wasn’t given my lemon pepper wings. They were all cajun. My granson cant eat those cause they’re too spicy. I also didn’t get any of the 3 side sauces I ordered. I had to then drive to Golden Chick and spend another $10 on top of the $46 Wing Stop charged me to get my Grandson some chicken. Came home and had to put the wings in the oven for about 25 minutes to crisp the wings up. So angry….I’ll never go there again.
