This is the slowest wing stop in existence. I can kill a chicken, pluck it and cook it faster than they’d be able to fulfill an order. They have yet to get any order correct. Don’t waste your time.

im going to be as understandable as i can due to us ordering 30 mins before closing time.. but whats upsetting is my hickery bbq bonesless wings were like 50% covered in sauce and 50% uncovered. but i luckily spreaded the sauce on the uncovered parts.

Quoted 45-48min on Sunday afternoon reasonable, show up once order is supposed to be ready to be told I have to wait 15 minutes turns out I waited another FULL hour. Terrible experience, over 2 hours for cold and soggy food. This location needs to work on their estimated time calculations. Can’t have a full line of people waiting & not communicate.

I came and ordered with my brother and I nicely asked for a new batch of fries since the ones I was given were Burnt to a crisp and extremely soggy I asked for a new batch and the lady was very nice about it however she claimed “the fries have been coming out like that all day” I’m sorry? That is not Wingstop protocol okay for fries I can’t imagine the amount of other people receiving these poorly made fries !!! I was given another however they were just as soggy but it was undercooked this time so I guess they aren’t sure how to cook in the middle the wings were also very hard and overcooked it’s a shame because the Pflugerville Wingstop location I usually go to never has any issues but this was Bastrop Wingstop Do Better!!

Here’s the thing. You have to order almost 30 minutes before you want your wings which is too long for wings. They’re yummy but it takes too long to get them. And it’s worse at night. Staff is good just not enough.

There is zero accountability at this place. Had missing items on an order and woman argued with me about what I said was missing. Usually when someone calls and says something is missing, you would apologize for inconvenience and attempt to correct the issue. Instead they try and blame it on Doordash. Well we called doordash first, they told us to cal wingstop. When explaining this to the supposed manager, she basically told me I was out of luck and to get refund from doordash since we ordered through them. Get it together and take responsibility and correct anything that may or may not have been your fault.

I never have cravings for wings but today i did and i live in cedar creek so the closes location is wingstop from bastrop! I called twice already and both times some young man answers saying “hi, thank you for calling wingstop please hold for 5 mintues”, which are usually 10-15 mins like omgggg! & than they would just hang up. Like i understand they might be busy but ive never had an issues with any wingstops!
