The employees were rude when a vendor asked for a cup of water, they said “we don’t give out water cups” and laughed as the man walked away. My order was also messed up I ordered spicy garlic parmesan and they gave me lemon pepper hot. When I went to correct my order all they did was pour parmesan on top of the wings.

I order on the phone they said it was about a 15 minute wait we got there and they told us it going to about another 20 minutes the buffalo wings weren’t fully covered and the lemon pepper one were drowning in oil the staff was already closing at 10:20 when they close at 12

9 clock and chairs already up! Telling people you can’t dine in anymore cause they’re not allowed to put chairs down! Remind you they close at midnight rather lose customers then put chairs down especially on a Saturday ridiculous service here! They have everyone in on area where the safety here ! Our takeout order was wrong. After we waited for the correct order to be completed, not only was our order cold, the wings and fries tasted like they were leftovers and reheated. Our food was so hard we couldn’t bite it. I called and asked to speak to the manager. When I explained my situation to her, she wanted me to take food back for a 20% credit. At 8:50 pm, on a school night, of course I could not go back to show them their mistake. My only option at that time was to make dinner for my family. When I explained to “the manager” that I could not go back, the manager then hung up on me. I called right back and she had the audacity to hand up on me not once, but 3 times after I asked for headquarters information. I then called from another phone and the person who answered would not give me the managers name. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. No wonder this Wing stop has so many bad reviews. Will never go back to Wing stop. I will definitely contact the owner of this franchise location.
