You’d expect at least a hello when walking up to the register. Someone was to lazy to attach the soft drink syrup to the machine for some reason so I had to make due with other options. The food took a while to be made, but came out great and to order. Wings are large and have plenty sauce.

When I walked into this place I stood at the counter for about a good 5 minutes waiting for a be of the two girls at the front to ask me how they can help me. Well neither ever did and I noticed one just staring at me with an angry , frustrated look on her face so I asked her can I place my order and with a very ugly attitude she responded “Well I’ve been waiting for you to say something”! I then placed my order and it took them about 30-45 minutes to come out when I noticed my order was not correct. I took the incorrect order back and they said sir we repeated the order to you and you said yes. Mind me yesterday on 08/09/2023 this place was packed with a large group of people being very loud. So in between all the talking and tell g from people in the background bone-in and boneless sounded the same. So long story short they wanted for me to give them the messed up order back and they would recharge me for new ones cause they couldn’t replace them. So they wanted to keep the wings I had already paid for and then still charge me for the new wings making me pay double for my food. At the end after arguing with these people for so long which no customer should have to do. I got the wings I had originally gotten and note this was honestly my favorite spot till yesterday and I was a regular there now I’ll never go back. Manager has very poor people and communication skills entire staff is the same. Shift was at around 7:21pm yesterday 08/09/2023. Honestly worst restaurant experience ever. Props to the cook that did change wings out for me though after all other staff chose not to. Thanks to you sir .

Very slow service, they won’t take orders even you come 30 mins before closing time..moreover when trying calling to make an order via phone call they take super long to answer or no answer at all, this place needs a real leader not kids

Ordered wings online, when my husband got there they told him it was going to be about a 10 to 15 minute wait extra seeing that they had gotten a rush. He waited almost an hour just to be told that they had ran out of wings! They couldn’t have told him that earlier! When my husband complained and told them he didn’t want it anymore and he wanted a refund, because the food wasn’t ready after an hour the workers were snickering and smirking and they even claimed he was just trying to get free food them! Now, we have to wait for the refund seeing we paid with a card, complete nightmare!

The place was dirty. I waited an hour for 2 small combos and watched people complain about their orders. When I got home to eat, I noticed my order was also incorrect. One of the dressings tasted foul aswell. I don’t feel good about the $30 i spent.

Excellent! We had one not-so-good experience back in December. Nevertheless, we returned after speaking to the owner, Brian, who made it right. I found him to be sincere and our next order was proof of this. Great place. My next order, by the way was Edinburg (on University) where I met Phylicia, who, even though it wasn’t her store or problem, still wanted to make it right. We appreciate both of you. Great food and service!
