I made my order to go. Waited there for a good 40 minutes to get called that my food was ready. I see a few people who ordered after me get their food before me so i go ask about that. Turns out my food had been out 10 minutes after i ordered and they never called out my name not even once and i know that for a fact because i was paying close attention. Yall need to get a intercom or something and be sure to tell your staff to call out peoples names. I was not about to leave with cold food so i went to tell the lady who attended me and she was so rude about it but its her fault for not calling out my name when my order was ready. Do better.

Food took 40 minutes there were ppl that got there after us and got their food right away. Food was cold and incomplete order for my daughter that had ordered after we did. Fries were overly salty. Service wise they kept telling us they were working on our order to what seemed forever. They apologize but I was not a happy camper.

Unacceptable the manager here today was rude to me and my mom we wait over an hour for our food and had not received it at all. very rude it took so long to get it done ? Really seriously then on top of that tired to charge 10 dollars for three drinks!!! Excuse me? Then only compensate for 2 instead of three drinks that I have for including the food for three wings and extra veggies I had paid 45.52 and got refunded only 41.32 and instead of the full 45.52 we asked for the full amount not partial. we spent over 50 dollars and just for that in never coming back to this place EVER again

Horrible service, waited for over 35 minutes for my order and whenever I asked the female cashier the status of my order she responded they’re working on it and then proceeded to mock me with her fellow cashiers. Mind you they were fully staffed and the manager on duty was on the floor watching this horrible customer service and didn’t step in until I asked for a refund.
