The wings are great! The tea is great! The fries are great! The atmosphere is great. The ticket times are great! The flavors are bold and often require a dipping sauce to tone down the heat a little. The seats were a little unfomfortable. The music was a bit too loud too. The staff was great though!! The food was also really good too! All my family and friends we love the wings here and we come here often but today July 6th at 12:55 whoever was taking the customers at the register had no good customer experience or did not even try was rude and can hear from the back about how I asked to get bone in and rude talking in the back but besides that wing stop we will still keep coming just keep your staff in check also please keep y’all’s tables clean and wipe them down. This order was a to-go Oder .

Hubs picked up wing and fries for us (we’re out in Harper, so driving back for correction wasn’t gonna happen). Wings were so shriveled and dry they were like eating jerky, AND they shorted us. It’s not that hard to count to 6, folks, but we were shorted wings (which may not have been a bad deal since they were shriveled and dry). For what they charge for wings (almost $12.50 for six wings and fries) you’d hope you would get all 6. Probably the last time we go to this WingStop…

The only redeeming quality was that the food tasted good, thank god. I was actually shocked to witness the order of operations while waiting for our order. 30 minute ticket time (not terribly long). But the employees need to be retrained. I’m assuming they had several to go orders ahead of us. There were three employees, only one active fry cook. The other two standing idly at the front desk, or hugging a broom texting on his phone. The only guy working was doing single orders at a time…. At the pace of a snail. For some one with kitchen experience it was a obvious things could have been done way more efficiently. We also ordered our food -dine in- and got served a to go bag. So, we ate on napkins. All the tables were dirty, bathrooms dirty, drink station dirty, ketchup dispenser empty. For a small establishment, I was surprised at what appeared to be a lack of effort/integrity, or just laziness, in keeping up in-house operations. I love wing stop. Just not THIS ONE.

I’ve probably eating here more then 100 times.. when they first opened everything was on point but slowly but surely things just started going down here! I used to drive all the way to San Antonio for wings and I’m gunna have to start again.. u ask for something (extra crispy) or (all drums) and they do the complete opposite smh.. they need to get people in there that actually know what their doing but at this point I don’t even care to go Anymore ♂️
