What an awesome experience! I had been traveling on an emergency where I had to take my pets with me. We were reading the menu from outside and as I was entering to make the order, the manager came to the door and welcomed me and my pets! They allowed us to order inside and wait for our food. It was hot outside, and I will forever be grateful to this store and Wing stop! If you are in Brenham, stop by and get your plate. Don’t worry, my pets were not near the dining room.

I will never ever in my life go here again. They had the nerve to think that I was going to eat cold fries. Before I even said anything I asked the young lady at the front would you eat this she said no and said I will get you another order well that was just as bad if not worse. Then had the audacity to catch an attitude. I said forget it and left. Because I was on a time schedule and was not from the area. So my advice to anyone just don’t order the fries because you will clearly not be able to eat them.

Food was ice cold. Chicken was drenched in butter and salt, corn was old,dry! No dipping sauce! Will never go to wing stop again! I did order frequently from there but after the manager not caring after I told her I wanted a refund! I was told to bring food back. I told her they can come get it! She replied she couldn’t do that I had to take it back! Waste my gas going two times,like I was lying! Wing stop will never get my business!

I just wanted some ketchup. The girl working this morning did not want to give fresh Ketchup. She would not even fill the bin, the few that were in the bin were very old and dark in color. I just want fresh. I love wing stop, but brenham has issues
