I try to be fair about my reviews. The store was clean. The staff was nice. However, the food was absolutely horrible! The cheese fries were very soggy. The chicken tasted so bad. I got the mild boneless wings. It completely reminded me of frozen mild boneless wings that came out of a bag from a grocery store. I know tgey get their food frozen but, for $12 I could have gotten the same thing for less the $5 at walmart. I did not finish my food it was so bad. I did not complain, just left it. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I will not be back! The food definitely looked way better than it tasted.

Every time I go the wings are over cooked my son couldn’t even eat them and the last time I went I ordered bbq and they didn’t even tossed the wings they just threw some bbq sauce on the top of them and I think ranch should be free for orders like mine I paid 40 bucks for 30 wings and I ask for 6 ranch and they want to charge me over 9 dollars for six little cups of ranch I could go by ten bottles for that never going back you’ve lost my business.

Place is trash. The first time I went the chicken had been re-cooked and was way overcooked. I like crispy well done chiken but their flats had been cooked to the point the meat was stiff and very chewy. The last time I went the chicken was pink in the middle, you could tell just by looking that it was way undercooked. I pray for those who eat there.

Place is pretty pathetic. From undercooked wings to the unprofessional manors of the employees. Not to mention I have watched employees handle raw chicken turn around and then handle cooked chicken without washing their hand. Management seems a little out of it. I hope they can get better.

Wing Stop as a whole has done down hill. I Travel a lot and it’s rare to find a Wing Stop that has the same standards they formally did. But, this is probably the worst location I’ve ever been too. The staff was very nice, but the was terrible. The wings had a weird smell and taste. The fries were old, burnt, overly greasy and somehow wet. I will avoid this location whenever I’m back in the area.

Food was average although we were told it would take 18 minutes to be ready but we had to wait 35. Some of the staff were also quite rude and did not seem to want to be working. There was 2 hours left until closing time but we felt as though we had to rush to leave.

1st time customer. Placed an online order for the Louisiana dry rub classic wings around 10 pm on a Tuesday night. Arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes later. My to go order ready. Walked to the car and had to try. Wings were hot & fresh, seasoned but not over seasoned, and so good! Also ordered regular fries just to try. The fries were way too salty for me! But I can definitely recommend the wings and I will certainly order from them again.

I came in and ordered 6 wings.. they said it’d be 18 mins. I came back, nobody told me my order was ready… I asked what name did I put my order under and they responded with a name… which wasn’t the order that was sitting and waiting on the cart. 20 more minutes pass by and my friend went to ask again, and she said that the one that had been sitting on the cart for 45 mins was mine and they tried to give that to me after I’m sitting with my party.. and everyone has wings except me.. I asked for a remake.. she denied remaking them after I came 3 times asking about my order that had been sitting on the waiting cart for 45 mins.. I then requested a complete refund, because the customer is never wrong…. Especially when they’re just asking for their food and the workers can’t simply give out the orders.. I’m never coming back here again. Horrible Service.
