At first, I was a little taken back because I asked for an ice water and was charged the price of a drink. The cashier didn’t explain that I would be charged the same as a drink. She just charged me $2.50. When we got our food it was hot and fresh. I recommended the traditional wings, but I tried the boneless and liked them too. The fries were also nice and hot! I give this place 4.5 stars!

We’ve been going to this location for about 2 yrs , never had any issues until a new young lady started working there. Unfortunately she’s the one that takes the orders. No1 in the store and she left my wife standing there for about 3 minutes before she took the order. Ordered wings and tenders . Tenders where soggy and old , wings where miniature which we’ve always got good sized wings from there. I truly believe she picked out the smallest wings she could find. By the time we got our food other people had came in and I looked at the fryers and they all had big wings.We ordered mild wings for my son and they barely had any sauce , she said that’s how they came.We had two large orders of fries and she gave us 4 ketchup packets for 3 people.The 2 employees I saw where just laughing and playing most the time , young lady was rude both the last times we went unfortunately will not be back used to be our favorite location. I didn’t get here name she’s Hispanic and it’s not a race thing cause I’m also Hispanic. Employees like her can cause a business to lose a lot of money . I feel like that was a waste of time and money .

Ordered to-go online at 8:20. App said 15-20 mins. Arrived at 8:45. Was told by rude girl working the counter that the kitchen said 8 more mins on chicken. I waited 16 mins before asking about my order. Rude girl again said they’re waiting on chicken. I reminded her she told me 8 mins almost 20 mins ago. She rudely reminded me that’s what the kitchen told her. I asked for the Mgr. She rolled her eyes again and called the guy’s name loudly and stalked off back into the kitchen area. The manager was very polite and apologetic. I finally walked out with our order at 9:25. Thankfully, it was delicious, though how much that had to do with how hungry we were, I can’t say.

The wings were good, and the service was friendly. Let us try the sauces to gauge how hot they were. The atmosphere is lacking, but it’s a small establishment, so you shouldn’t expect much on that front. Other than that, it was a decent place to get good, not great, wings at an affordable price.

This store is very horrible to their employees. Inconsiderate to them when they are ill. I will not be coming back or ordering from this location again. The Manager named Oscar is very rude and he doesn’t know how to talk to his employees. He needs to be fired immediately!!!

Beware! It’s always a gamble when ordering from this location, unfortunately. I am not sure why, but for some reason, this location has a really hard time remembering to put the Louisiana rub on the wings. Also, I highly do not recommend dining in at the location as there is a SERIOUS VENTILATION ISSUE in the building. You’ll surely have a headache before your meal is done from the nail shop fumes violating your olfactory.

Just awful! I ordered Delivery through Uber Eats 2 weeks ago & the wings were terrible! They looked and tasted like they had been sitting out for hours & tossed back into the fryer! The Lemon Pepper were the worst out of the 2 Flavors.Really dried out & tough. The wings were teeny tiny with hardly any meat on them. I got the 10 wing Combo & was hoping to get at least some decent wings but nope not from here. That was the LAST time I ever order from this Wingstop! It’s terrible for me to say because I’m a fan of Wing Stop ,never had this negative of an experience & been in the email club for years.

Ordered wings, was told It would be 20-30 minutes, the girl who works the counter looks like she hates her job and is rude to all the patients. I left to get food from two other food locations in Crosby, came back to pickup my wings and was rudely told NO NOT YET! Almost an hour later I got my 10 wings smh! Needless to say won’t be here again. Maybe more training in the back or costumer service for the cashier
