Worst wing stop ever. Super rude. Waited 15 minutes on hold. Kept calling back. Finally someone answered. They ask what i wanted. As I begin to tell my order they say please hold and switch me to the recording. I waited another 10 min and just hung up and went to taco bell. This place is horrible. I will never go back!

Walked in had to wait almost 8 minutes because the Hispanic guys kept saying they didn’t know Spanish. The lady came out of bathroom and was helpful but less than 8 min we get our food super fast and we thought it was to good to be true. Took it home and ate turns out they gave us food that was sitting out already. The picture posted was supposed to be atomic wings it look like someone did a dry rub on it that’s how old it is. Very unacceptable. Also the Hispanic guys, I was just told that they spoke English to somebody else before so for them to sit there and say that they don’t speak English is very insulting. On the 18th order wings totalling 53 bucks gat all the way home and some of my order was missing. I called and was told that the money world be refunded. Now dec 29th still no refund so I called back and was told that they can’t refund only district managers can and cause the manager is out they can only leave her a note and the rest is up to her. Well how do I get my money. This is not the first time I have had issues with this place. But they don’t care at all about customer service. When I called originally about the issue the lady who answered laughed at me cause she know I would be calling and admitted that they messed up and forgot some of my order. I wouldn’t eat her at all.
