Just poor customer service. Heather is the only one that works there. That actually knows what she’s doing. I suggest if she’s not in the store. Don’t order. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. My food is always consistently wrong. I tried to call them and talk to the manager politely. (Not heather).To let them know about my order. She was so disrespectful by hanging up on me, mid sentence. I can understand if I was yelling, cussing her out. Anything along those lines. I don’t understand how she has a job as a manager. If I was the store owner. She would be gone in a heartbeat. Just all around bad person. Don’t waste your time here. Save yourself the hassle.

I order from this wingstop probably once every month or so. I had to leave a review tonight because I had really amazing service. They literally went above and beyond for me. I cannot eat dairy right now and mistakenly ordered a flavor that contains it. I mentioned it when I walked in early after realizing what I had done, they did their best to accommodate me and I am so appreciative. In addition to that they were really on their game tonight. The team in the kitchen seemed to be working together smoothly while the woman at the counter was really doing well coordinating efforts and directing staff to get everyone their meal as fast as possible. I placed online order at 5:05 pm for 5:30 pickup. Arrived at store 5:25 pm and was told my order would be ready in 5 mins. Didn’t leave with my order until 5:48 pm. Confusion in the kitchen and lots of miscommunication with mngr. She apologized but the service was absolutely unacceptable!!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. Tuesday is 70cents days. I told the guy I wanted the 70 cents wings. He looks at me with a confused face. He says I don’t know what to do. I said well look at your screen below and do 15 wings, but 70 cents each. He still looked confused. There was a big advertisement sign next to me that said Tuesdays 70 cent wings. He goes I can order you regular wings and charge you more. No dued are you going to help me take my order or not ? I said are you new here, he said no I’ve been here for 2 years. I just got upset and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. At least they know how to do their jobs.
