Once again this place is so bad per the app food is ready then they say when I get in. 45 min. That would be over a hour and half since I ordered. They keep saying it’s not ready and this person just laughs and says it will be a 45 min wait.

Today’s cashier need to to be taught proper Customer Service!!! I walked into Wingstop to wait for my order. She did not ask, do you need anything? Are you picking up a order? Can I help you? She just bucked her eyes at me and stared as if what do I want. As a customer, I am bringing money to your establishment. This is getting ridiculous. You have to do much better. Customers service definitely needs LOTS of work!!!!!

I called 9 times to place an order without luck. So I drove in to place my order only to walk in to find the manager and about 6 employees playing around. I placed my order and had to wait over 30 mins which negates me wanting to call in my order. I arrived home and guess what?? my order was incorrect. I went in the following week and was told they would no longer serve me. The guys at the register couldn’t tell me why. The only thing they could tell me is that the manager and area manager talked and they no longer wanted me as a customer. As expensive as Wingstop is I’m not begging anyone to take my money.

OMG, Finally a store that’s cooking to order, fresh hot perfect nice juicy wings.Not Sawdust nor Rayford, 242, Woodlands Pkwy,Kuykendahl or Spring Stubner can stand up to West Lake Houston Pkwy you guys do a wonderful job on doing what wingstop is all about fresh cooked food all these other places are serving preheld dry wings. Please keep up the good work… I was a long way from home however I’m very happy we stopped in.

Nikki always got a frown on her face and attitude she dont wont to be at work, then says she said something without opening her mouth as yes to a question not explaining the concept of ordering and letting customer know what’s going on. Then there is a bright young lady placed my bag on the rack didn’t call out customers name and she knew I was waiting and walked off to the back of the store.
