Wings over seasoned and cooked too long. When I call to question about the seasoning the girl was making fun of me and laughing that I was complaining. When I told her I heard her she hung up on me. Ask to speak to manager and he wouldn’t give me his name but said he was manager. Very immature and poor customer service.

This place has a on point customer service. I think it’s nonsense for people to give a low rating just because they don’t get their way. I have nothing but good experiences with this place. The food is always great tasting! Very fresh! Best wings in Waco. Well worth the wait and money. So be patient and try this location out, you won’t be disappointed. A bunch of young people, but we all could learn something from their patience and good manners.

Today I called to place an order and was told to hold because they were changing shifts. Well after holding 15mins.I hung up and called back. I informed the young lady that answered the phone that I was put on hold for 15mins.,she did not address what i said,she just proceeded to take my order. The least could have done was addressed what I said. That is not good customer service.

There is a great assortment of flavors, both sauces and rubs. The new chicken sandwich is a great addition. The house fry seasoning is unique and quite special. Try the fries with cheese sauce, and don’t forget to add a roll to your order. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, but Byron really stands out. I hope you get the opportunity to meet him. He’s very polite and respectful. It’s a really wonderful place to visit if you like wings, tenders, or chicken sandwiches.

Whelp just paid 20$ for 10 piece classic CHICKEN wings meal that tasted like FISH?! Think someone needs to change the cooking oil ! Way way over priced to be using old ingredients! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future .
