We waited for our large order as always, and the air conditioning was out, plus the food was well OVER SEASONED! Not able to eat it- the corn tasted like pure salt, the hot wings tasted like someone just poured hot sauce and cayenne pepper on meat! No real flavor. I liked this place last year when my daughter turned me onto to them. However we won’t be back after 80.00 plus dollars spent! OH AND THE FOOD WAS COLD WHEN WE GOT HOME 7 minutes away! ( remember we waited for them to finish so called cooking the food)

Good customer service. Prices has definitely increased and with less chicken seems like. Maybe it’s me. Had to ask manager to have gentlemen put gloves on due to him sneezing and wiping his nose and didn’t wash his hands. Wasn’t to happy about the sanitation in handling food. Really wish they use gloves. She offered to make our food. I did appreciate that.

Today, the manager had bad customer service upon my arrival of picking up my husband’s missing 10 piece chicken wings. She had an issue with remaking his order but waited until I arrived to tell me how she really felt instead of telling my husband on the phone. I don’t think any customer deserves the type of treatment in front of other customers. We spent $43 and deserved all 30 wings that we paid for without the rude treatment.

I always ask for extra extra extra lemon pepper seasonings and it was only once I was disappointed after that never had a issue again. The young ladies always was great customer service and laugh when they knew it was me. I love this location and the ppl who take my order. I’m about to order my wings right now.

While I love the food, I have visited this location several times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR GLOVES. They are bare skin touching wings and fries as they go into boxes or plates to be served. This is against health code rules and this is how salmonella and ecolli is spread.

This is the worse Wingstop I have ever been in and will not go here again. I was picking up an order and when I got there the tall cook told me they were just waiting on my fries and they would let me know as soon as my order was ready. For 20 minutes they just ignored me. Finally the girl asked me the name of my order. It was sitting on the shelf and had been for quite some time. There are ALWAYS problems with this restaurant when I pick up orders from here and it’s inexcusable.

Every single time I come here after placing an online order I sit and wait on my order to be called only for it to be sitting on the shelf behind the cashier… they literally check the kitchen for the order and will come back and say it isnt up yet then after sitting there for another 20 minutes, i ask where my order is and it is sitting on the damn shelf… mind you i already waited 15 minutes after placing the order to come into the store to pick it up…. This is damn near every single time!!

My family and I have tried this place a couple times now. The online order is never even started until you come in and ask about it. And the store has a strong BO smell that really kills the appetite. Food is good but we will go to the Harker heights location next time.
