I ordered wingstop a few weeks ago and was very disappointed . I waited almost 30 minutes for my food just to get all the way to work for my wings to be undercooked , and my fries soggy and cold . I called them and they did tell me they would remake my food, which leads me to this review. I went in to wingstop and asked if the kept documentation of replacement orders. The two women at the front counter were very polite and helpful. The assistant general manager (Amber) I think that’s her name and another young man came out and both were polite and very helpful . My name wasn’t in their book but they still offered to comp my previous meal. I haven’t eaten my food yet but the customer service I just received not only from the cashiers but the managers as well is really why I wanted to write this review . I went from vowing to never spend another dollar at this wingstop ,to I’ll be back soon. The management here is new and they have a whole new kitchen staff , so if you’ve been to this wingstop and have had issues, I’ll suggest trying them again because the customer service, the time I waited , and the cleanliness are all up to par now . The cashiers are great and the cooking staff were active busy and actually looked like they were enjoying cooking my food. The atmosphere was totally different from the last time I was here .Thank you guys . Keep up the good work it definitely didn’t go unnoticed .

Ordered our food online and it showed it would be ready in 23 to 28 minutes. We waited a total of 40 minutes with no explanation of what was taking so long. The employees were nice and courteous and the food was great. Don’t tell us it will be ready in 23 to 28 minutes if that’s not correct.

Yesterday I ordered some wings and had to wait to receive my order for an extra 45 minutes because someone dropped my ticket. Also, on top of having to wait those 45 minutes, I didn’t even get my ranch or the veggies. The wings taste great but the service needs lots of improvement.

It’s really sad that EVERY SINGLE TIME I order its wrong! I always request double well done 26 minutes. Extra crispy it’s just my families preference. No matter who I request it with and I ask nicely it’s never cooked long enough and after waiting 40 minutes or longer I have to ask for them to be cooked longer. Customer service is so important and I don’t understand how hard it is to set a time for 26 minutes

Cravinb wings on a sunday, went to Wingstop, girl at the front counter Dam near crying and griping about a boy giving her directions, I tried to order take out and she wiped her nose on her sleeve and started talking to the ppl behind me… What? Customer service at this point had me wondering if I did something wrong. So I politely excused myself and left. I was hungry any more.

After work I stopped by & 1 hour & 1/2 later I’m leaving. When I arrived the kitchen staff were in a fight ( mostly mouthing). The Service was less than 1 star, atmosphere was unpleasant & not professional Fries were cold but didn’t want to wait any longer for hot. Let’s see, given a choice between hunger & ordering from there …I’d just go to bed & sleep.
