Went the other night to get some wings with my best friend.the woman taking my order was not friendly at all. Food was not as good as it usually is. Me and my two friends got food poisoning. The owner needs to do something and fast and they need a health inspection to come out will not be going to this location ever again until it improves

We have been customers for over 5 years and roughly every weekend we order wings lemon pepper, Louisiana Rub and mild,rarely hot. We spend at least 70 bucks. However our order was completely wrong. The young lady Rene was rude. And the manager was rude as well. He told us if we said they got the order wrong one more time he would hang up. Continued to say we were rude because we disputed our order. Obviously there was a glitch in the automated system taking the order due to us repeating it. Check the history we have never order 50 hot wings. Nor did we 6/24/23. It was late we were hungry they obviously gave us someone else’s order. Hot was never mentioned. They refused to make it right by hanging up instead. When you do this type of business it runs customers away. We spend too much for this kind of customer service.

We ordered a 50 piece wing combo with 3 flavors via automated system. The order was supposed to be ready in 43 mins but took over an hour. It was near closing when we got the order home and realized the order was completely wrong. When we tried to call in to let Renee know the order was wrong she said there was nothing she could do as the receipt said one flavor. We definitely ordered 3 flavors which was repeated to us via automated system but Renee refused to even offer to fix the order. The manager, Josh got on the phone and threatened to hang up if we said the wrong order was their fault and he did in fact hang up. We will not order from them again.

I spent about 50$ just to get food poisoning all day! Still have it, had to call into work. May have to take a trip to the ER because it’s just so miserable! I haven’t been able to leave the bathroom for more than 30 minutes without having to rush back! And not to mention how rude the cashier was. My first and LAST time coming to this wing stop. Stay away from this place if you value your health!

I try to avoid this one at all costs. Ive lived in this area for 4 years and they almost always disappoint. My wings were soaked in grease, very little seasoning and fries were soggy and NOT well done like ordered them to be. When i asked for a LITTLE cup seasoning, she said it would be $2?? and gave me attitude about it. Ive never been charged for seasoning. This one is horrible.

I’ve been ordering food here for about three years and it’s been subpar at best. The food itself is usually decent but the wait times are outrageous and the service is terrible. If you ever have them mess up an order and offer to credit through your phone number, make them give you something in writing because when you go to use it there will be no credit attached. Please don’t tape the To-go bag shut if you’re not gonna pack my order correctly. Arrived to pick up my wing order and watched the cashier secure the bag with a sticker. I trusted everything I ordered was packed so I did not remove the sticker and double checked. Once I got home I see no ranch dip was included in the bag. This was an order of 40 wings. If I’m paying for the dip I expect the dip to be in the bag. One of the styrofoam boxes towards the bottom of my bag was crushed as well and the wing sauce leaked onto my vehicle floor.

I have been to this location 3 times and every time I am more and more disappointed. The first time I was charged for someone else’s order and it was a whole process to get my money back. The next time not only did I have to wait 30 minutes after my estimated ready time for an order I placed online but the order wasn’t fully correct. The 3rd and final time I went (hoping the first 2 visits were just coincidence) I did another online order. My husband went up to pick the order up for me and he waited 30 minutes after the “order done” time for someone to assist him with the Dr.Peppers I ordered. The machine was “down” or whatever the excuse was and no one was able to help. He left out of frustration from the rude staff members at the front. I sent an email to corporate and all I got was a $5 apology gift card. Totally unacceptable and such a disappointment that this location can’t get it together. Never going to Wingstop again.

Long wait. I waited there for over 30 minutes to just pick up order o just f fries and drink while they were playing with each other and the muslin girl was on her phone instead of completing the orders. The worst service I will never go there again.
