Ordered lemon pepper, Louisiana Rub and original. This has been our weekend order for at least 4 years. They served us all hot. Became rude when brought to their attention. The manager hung up on us because we told them the order was not correct. The customer service at this location is not good. Obviously there was a glitch in the automated system. Oh man, Wing Stop? More like Wing Flop! I gotta be honest, their wings were a total letdown. The flavor was bland, the sauce was weak, and the chicken was dry. Definitely not worth the hype. Let me tell you about cashier Tia at Wing Stop. She had the worst customer service ever! She was rude, unfriendly, and didn’t even bother to get my order right. Talk about a major disappointment.

This location consistently gets your order wrong & does half the job. Always ask for extra seasoning when you get your food because they always give you naked wings. They failed to put half my order in the bag. This location hasn’t been here long enough to have this bad of service. Just go to the forest hill location, atleast they actually try.

I don’t understand how a place that didn’t have any customers in it the wait time for my meal is between half a hour to a hour wait. I read all the other reviews on here and night time this is the worst Wingstop to go to. Obviously the management team don’t care about this location. No adults all kids running the place. This is my last time coming to this location. Do better Wingstop. It’s 9 pm and u can’t even tell the store is open no outside lights.

Don’t even do it to yourself. Waste of money. Shorted a wing. The wings that were there were sauced maybe 1/3 of the wings. Barely any lemon pepper on the other combo. Trash trash trash. When we called, didn’t even apologize. Sorry a** place with sorry a** people working there. Oh, also when told the wait is 35 minutes and you get there in 30 and the food is cold.
