Good special for 16 boneless with and strips with fries. Very fresh and really like the mango habanero and Asian sauces. Follow up several visits after the first review, runs hot and cold on if the cover with sauce or not. June 2023, just picked up order and it was like they just left them unsauced. We look forward to some of the flavors but only if they are covered in sauce. May have to try some other places in town.

Our boneless wings were hot and fresh, however, the bone in were obviously old and microwaved before serving because they were rubbery in texture and definitely NOT fresh. I have had fresh wings before and you cannot even bite into them they are so hot, the ones tonight were luke warm at best. Fries were warm, soggy and not hot at all, which is disappointing because I ordered them well done. On the plus side the order was delivered to us in about 10 minutes. I would have rather waited the full 20 minute wait for fresh wings and food. Totally disappointed with this visit and would recommend people go to another location as this one is hit or miss, mostly miss. Employees were too busy playing on their phones to provide good service and food.

Worst Wingstop. If I could give zero stars to a place this would be it. They always figure out a way to mess up your order somehow. My kids love their fries, I ordered some fries for take out. Half an hour later, still no fries, I asked for an update or a refund. Cashier didn’t even bother checking, just gave me a refund. Horrible customer service!

Ordered online with a 30min drive ahead and and a estimated time for the food to be ready in 16-21 mins. Came into the restaurant with it jam packed and no food being delivered. Had to wait an additional 20 mins inside the restaurant. Finally my food was delivered only for me to return to my car and discover my fries were cold and my flavors were completely wrong. Decide not to waste my time and just get a new batch of fries; thankfully it only took them 3 minutes for them to make them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE would give zero stars if i could.

We had horrible food experience. Food is low quality – you are better off in McDonald’s. While there are many words I could use to describe Midlothian Wing stop, I’m going to say only this: Midlothian Wing stop is a horrible restaurant, with even worse customer service. People working there lack enthusiasm and are casual employees likely to disappear after few months.

Here is the truth of it for me. Three stars cause they (employees, specifically at night) are doing what they can and somehow do get the orders out. I come, however, from customer service, and that is non-existent here. The guy at the front is shaking in his boots, just trying not to make eye contact answer the phone and deal with the door dash orders. There is no leadership here!? I Dont know how they do it with all younger, even possible miners idk that. Again the food is good, but this place could run so much more efficiently with the proper leadership, in my opinion. And honestly, the guys deserve that.

horrible, horrible, horrible. don’t answer phone for one. order was completely wrong. what we did get was extremely poor quality. manager didn’t care. had to drive back up to get corrected. many bad reviews here. wingstop should close this store or find new ownership. owners obviously don’t care about quality judging on the number of terrible review on community social media page.
