I placed my order online at 6:07 pm I waited an hr to get my food it arrived at 7:10. Once I did receive my food it was burnt and tasted burnt. The chicken sandwiches were black and so was the corn. The wings barley had any sauce on them they looked like I ordered plain and they remembered to add the sauce after the wings was in the container. Only the top wings had sauce the bottom wings did not. I called to have my order remade and the girl that answered the phone stated it will take another 20 min to have the food remade. This was already an inconvenience due to the fact I already waited an hr to get food now I have to wait another 20 min on top of find a way to get to my food. I had food delivered for a reason . Once I do get to the location the new food was the same way BURNT…I have the pictures to prove how the food looked. I spoke with Raul (no name tag) that’s what he said his name was. He stated he was the mgr and would process my refund later because he was too busy well it’s the next day I still don’t have my refund nor did I get any food.

I went to pick up my online order. They said that I had to wait another 10 minutes after the time that my order was supposed to be ready. There was a guy who was chatting with another person outside the restaurant. Turns out he was supposed to be working in the kitchen. He stayed there chatting for about half an hour while everyone was waiting for their orders. Very unprofessional!

I see a lot of negative reviews which I understand but I believe they got new staff. The young girl who took my order over the phone was very kind to me I didn’t feel like I was bothering anyone by calling in an order. I want to give them credit for the new people they have working. It’s very hard still to find good hard working people. I deal with it myself. Listen my only concern is the ear buds they have in. I work in a restaurant and this is my huge problem I have with catching employees with earbuds in it is a major health violation. So anytime I catch my employee with one in I remind them that my name is on the line and if they continue to do it they are let go. I haven’t opened my bag yet but they deserve credit tonight for the kind service I received. Thank you young lady at the front I know wingstop is annoying and hard to work at. I worked at the one on green oaks and cooper for Tim Blakney and he was not a kind owner and I was miserable there. He would never let us replace any food without his consent so the work environment was extremely stressful without the support of the owner. We never got breaks and worked over 8 hour shifts. I felt trapped once I stepped foot in his store and every one was afraid of him. He has now sold it a few years ago. People have to understand that wingstop is an extremely busy place and things get messed up anywhere you go. I try to have the utmost respect and patience and rarely complain because it’s just not worth it. Workers have feelings and emotions too and many things going on in their lives as so do customers so I guess my message is to just try to be kind and have patience towards everyone anywhere you go I know sometimes it’s hard but yelling will never get anyone anywhere at the end of the day. I personally respond to an upset customer with over the top service to correct a mistake out team has made. The employee will have to finish their shift in a bad mood which can spill over on to the next customer and the upset customer will be thinking about that bad experience all day and night. We as humans should be grateful that we have options to eat out and have options to be free and have food and water. Some places and people don’t. I try to remind myself that I am in a safe country and have all the basic necessities that I need. Spread love and kindness everyone has it in them. Online orders are always a very long wait on busy nights. Phone orders clearly take a priority. Over a hour wait for 5 tenders. Front staff always looks like they don’t care to be there. Lobby is a mess.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This store constantly gets my order wrong. 5 weeks ago I ordered 20 classic wings. When I got my order, they had made the wings Atomic and I was unable to eat them but I unwilling to leave my gathering to get them replaced. I called and was told I would have a credit for the wings and a large fry.

I ordered 3 eight piece meals takeout. When I arrived at home and was missing a meal I called and the young lady told me that I would need to bring back all the food from my order. So I need to ruin everyone else’s meal to get mine no wonder your place was empty when I walked in. Your never getting any business from me again. Nothing but a complete ripoff.

I ignored the bad reviews, assuming that people were just catching them on an off day. I guess every day must be an off day. A friend of mine wanted fries, so I ordered the seasoned fries via mobile order. As another reviewer said, there was no seasoning on the fries. The employees were disinterested and almost annoyed whenever a customer walked in. Learned my lesson and won’t be coming back! (2 stars because the fries at least weren’t burnt).
