Waited 30 minutes for my to go order, when I received it I left. Got to my destination and realized half of my wings had no sauce. Called to ask, manager said to bring the wings back. I bring the wings back and am refused a refund because I didn’t bring the fries and drink back as well. Manager was very rude and caught an attitude. Offered store credit as if I’d ever want to return somewhere where the service takes forever and the workers are rude and don’t care about the quality they put out.

Really excited to see a new food spot pop up in a small town location! The spot was a bit crowded since they have only been open for a while. Seems like they are still ironing out the kinks since there were a lot of orders coming in and a good bit of people waiting. However the wait time for us was fairly quick! The chicken is really crispy and delicious however not for the faint of heart. Their fries are also delicious and useful when ordering the chicken meals. Two main things to consider when getting chicken here. Make sure you DO NOT put the bag on your car seat. Have a towel handy as the bag is typically wet with extra grease. I still need to remove it from my carpet..The other item is the chicken is pulled out quickly during a rush has A LOT of grease at the bottom of it! Asking for a straw would probably be considered a norm if this is typical grease ratio. Overall good food but some patience is necessary for fighting the grease this chicken comes with in its container. Definitely will be back to this spot with a strainer and a towel!

I bought a large 10-piece combo and paid $14.49 with tax. The service was friendly and fast. I chose the boneless wings which actually are just chicken nuggets. So $14.49 seems like a lot of money for 10 chicken nuggets. The flavor choices were great, but the size/quantity was not. They have a multi flavor Coca-Cola machine which gives you more than a 100 choices so that was good. Their french fries are very greasy and caked with salt. This must be a corporate policy because I have stopped at Wingstop in 3 different Texas cities, and each time I have to scrape the excess salt off each individual french fry to make them palatable. So I will give the service a 5, the drinks a 5, the chicken flavors a 5, the price a 3, the quantity a 3, and the french fries a 3.

They messed up my order but I don’t care it was still good. I’ll gladly give them a chance to mess up again. Love the wings. Staff was friendly. Mistakes happen but the oops lathered in ranch was yum. The blue cheese I ordered would have been better. So would have been the right seasoning but the flavor was good.

I hate leaving bad reviews. This is a chicken wing place and they were over cooked, and they gave me the wrong kind. I was already away from the store when I realized how terrible it was. The staff was so busy cooking they didn’t even have time to come take my order so I went outside and made the order online. It’s about a 35 minute wait. The chicken was rubbery and hard. Sonic has better wings then this place. I’m sorry I had to leave this bad review. It was awful. I wouldn’t spend the money to try it again. The fries were undercooked and full of grease. They looked like fishing worms. The fountain drink was flat. There was a nice cleaning lady there and she was friendly.

It was super yummy and every single fry was nice and crispy like good fries should be. Heck I would come back just for an order of fries, but it is stupid pricey to go there. Food is great but price is high. I totally get it though after all the mess with Covid. If you have the cash this place is a definite recommend.

Ordered my order online and when I arrived called and asked if they would bring order to truck and either put it on sidewalk or hood of vehicle for me, because I’m waiting for test results for the end of my quarantine period. Never got sick, just following guidelines on how I’m supposed to behave.
