The worst wings I have ever eaten in my life. They were over cooked. The fries were burned, I spent more than 30 min waiting for my order. Absolutely the worst food in town

This ain’t it. Chicken undercooked. I called at 1030pm a girl told me they where closed. I walked in at 1032p and placed my order. Wingstop closes at 11pm. I wished I would have just taken her word because the chicken was still cold in the middle and I no Louisiana rub or spicy Korean. I hope they food and service changes or they are going to close this location down. This is sad. Just a trucker tryna get some decent food, but this ain’t it.

Well we went to order dinner and they said “we have a big order so we are not taking any orders right now, it will be a while”. We ask how long will it be (we were willing to wait). She said “we won’t be able to take orders until 7, no make that 8”. We were there at 4:35. I am thinking that is poor management. I have worked in this for a number of years and this is not how you handle big orders. Anyway this my bad review- you may rethink your management. So we went to another restaurant and received great service!!

They got my order completely wrong. Gave me regular wings instead of spicy honey and regular bbq instead of spicy bbq. Lady was rude, talked to the manager and the manager was rude and wouldn’t fix my order. Definitely never going back.

I would like to brag on your employee Ramon, he has highly exceptional customer service skills, he was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to assist on a question I had! He offered me other options. I also saw how well he assisted other customers on their orders and he always kept a smile very polite young man! I would recommended some type of incentive/raise for his work ethic. I have ordered plenty of times at this location and he has provided the best ordering experience by far!

30 minutes to get 2 chicken sandwich combos is a long time. My veggie sticks were too thin and skimpy; not thick chunky pieces like usual. Food was yummy !

Tell me how do you get garlic parmesaun from cajun. When cajun is a five letter word and I couldn’t even tell them to fix it because I had to take my husband lunch. The honey hot rub didn’t even taste like honey and they weren’t even spicy. So dissatisfied and I love wingstop.

I made an order online for 100 wings, total was $75. Order was suppose to be done by 4:15, I walked in at 4:11 and they literally said, I forgot. They weren’t busy, they were standing around doing nothing. There were two bags already done on the counter that belonged to someone else, and they stood there and looked at me and said they forgot my order. I left, I don’t have time to wait for 100 wings to be cooked. That’s why I ordered in advance. Such a disappointing experience for the very first time ever walking into this store. Reading the other one stars, maybe it’s a good thing I walked out.

3rd time going here and this is the 3rd time the wings were barely cooked throughly. We ask for “well done” wings every time we order. I am assuming these employees are illiterate because the wings are not even crispy. This is the worst wingstop in East Texas. I live in Troup and will make the extra drive to Tyler for wingstop because they throughly know what they are doing. Hope the henderson location closes down so something better can be brought in.
