This was the worst wings we ever tasted or bought. We had 3 different flavors and all tasted like broiled chicken with NO seasoning. No one was sacrificed and we WILL NOT go back to the Texarkana,Tx location off State Line again. The wings you to be a lot better but this knew crew isn’t doing right. THE WINGS WERE NASTY PERIOD!!! WE WASTED MONEY BECAUSE WE THROUGH THEM IN THE TRASH!!!

The wait is always an hour even if there’s 2 people in the restaurant. Told us that it was 35 minutes, which is still long, but when our full group arrived they changed the wait to an hour. Everyone in the kitchen was on their phones not working.

The sweetest lady ever works here. She is the pretty lady with short hair & welcoming smile. Her service & awesome attitude always makes for such a positive experience here. I’ve been there many times before and always got great food. Today, I called in an order at 4 for a 6:15 pick up. I went there 6:12 it was ready. Drove it 5 minutes home, and the wings were dry and either OVER cooked or maybe old ? So dry and crunchy made me choke. Manager (over phone) Remake or Refund? I said I don’t want to come back tonight, so refund. REFUND means I have to bring it back < I don't want to move from recliner after working 10 hours! I still have the food- it is inedible. First time getting bad food there. I was polite, manager was rude. Never going back!
