If I could give this less than a star I would, this use to be a great place to what was asked for but now there is lazy people working here and they really don’t cook the wings the way you ask for, I had asked for well done and extra sauce/wet but nor well done nor extra sauce. I got there and my online order still wasn’t ready then i had to wait 15 more for it, only for me to fill up my cup of soda for the girl with the long twists to tell me that there aren’t any more lids and i have to pay and extra 70 cent for another cup as if i was the one who caused them to run out of lids.

Don’t even waste your time to come here, worst service ever. I order online at 8:35 vía the app which said that it would take 57-62 min. I received a message that my order was completed and headed to pick my order, I arrived at 9:43 pm, when ask for it, the lady went and look for it it wasn’t even ready. I was told that it will be ready in another 10 min., I stated that my app show me completed at 9:34 and she just laughed and told me that they have been busy. I’m still here waiting will come back with an update shortly. Will see how much more……alright it’s 9:55 and I just got my order after 1 hr and 20 later….

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I waited about an hour on some food that I did an online order for. The lady who took my order was very slow and rude. Do not recommend here, do not go here. Food was all cold as well, they claimed to have called me but I waited in there the whole time, saw other people coming and going, EVEN asked about an update on my order, and I was never called

Every time I come here it’s a problem, the employees are so getto and ratchet. I been tryin to call for a hour and they will pick the phone up and put it on the counter. They don’t answer it just take it off the hook, and when they fill like you hung up they will hang it up. So I drive up here, and ya it’s a couple people here but not enough for them not to answer the phone for a whole hour. But when I get here the lady say they do that when it’s real busy, but it wasn’t. Then they tell me the wait time is a hour and a half. ♂️ They are so rude, they don’t kno how to speak to customers. This is my last time coming here, wingstop at this location will never see my money again.

This location do not deserve any stars. Fries was cold and no seasoning. Asked for well done wings and they were not cooked well done but rather undercooked.
